Check-in was a breeze. The views were amazing. I enjoyed waking up at the crack of dawn to catch the sunrise. I caught sunset on the beach. Lots of pros. The only con would be the lack of an elevator on the property. The condo is on the third floor. It's not a deal-breaker for me, but it's something to be aware of if mobility is an issue for you. If you're on the fence, however, the view from the top is amazing! I would return and recommend it to anyone looking to spend some time in 30A.

The view was magnificent!! We enjoyed time on the front deck for lounging and also a cute bar top table to eat! It was easy to get down to the beach. The chair service that’s included with the stay was awesome! Our only recommendation would be to provide beach towels!

We enjoyed our stay at the Mistral. The condo was perfect for the kids to be downstairs with us having privacy upstairs on the loft master bedroom. The condo is super close to the beach and the chair service is a plus! Our AC went out one night and the Best Beach Getaway team worked efficiently to get someone out to fix the issue. Shout out to Dan who showed up close to midnight to bring us fans to have through the night to cool us off. Overall we have a great stay and will most likely return on our next trip!

This condo was the perfect choice for our 30A stay. Price was very reasonable, location was excellent, view was priceless, the decor was stunning and just as it looks in the pictures, and it was super clean upon arrival! Little challenging getting our suitcase up the spiral staircase, but we figured it out.Can’t think of a better place to stay!

This past week we stayed at in Mistral 18 and it was incredible! The direct view of the ocean, cleanliness of the condo, easy access to the beach, and situated directly on the 30A walking/biking path was perfect for our family of 4!

Long Weekend

This property was nice and clean. Plenty room for just the 2 of us. It has premium, updated amenities and everything you need to cook and serve a meal at home if you prefer. It is close to great restaurants and shopping. It has private beach access with chair and umbrella service at the bottom of the stairs. The deck is small but the views are "million dollar." The deck was not covered, but this was because we were on the upper floor. All other floors had covered decks. Good chance we will be back at this property soon for another long beach weekend!

Great Spot!

If you want a place ON the beach on 30A - the Mistral is a great unit and this particular unit is excellent. It's nicely decorated with all things you may need for your stay included. There are stairs, so if that is an issue, a better unit may be better suited.

Anniversary Getaway

Our stay was perfect! The condo was very clean and well maintained. The best part was the private beach with included beach service. The tall adirondack chairs on the balcony made for the perfect spot to dolphin watch in the mornings. We are already planning our next trip!

This unit has been nicely updated but there is some obvious water damage that should be addressed. The mattresses in both bedrooms and bunks were quite uncomfortable.

Perfect spot for on-the-beach stay

This was my wife's favorite spot we've stayed at on 30A for the last 6 years. Quiet, convenient, right on the beach and recently updated. Will definitely be coming back!!

Overall Great Experience !!

Stayed here with 4 of my friends and it was a hit! Very nice and well kept unit. The appliances were new and bathrooms were clean and also pretty. The smart TVs were a nice addition too! Would stay here again :) The only note I would add, to help future guest, would be about parking. If you plan to have more than 1 vehicle, plan in advance where you plan to park your additional car(s).

Perfect location

Beautiful condo with large balcony. Immaculately clean. The building only has 24 condos so its not crowded at any time. The loft bedroom is a very cool touch. But, be aware that there are lots of stairs from beach (about 30 to condo) and this unit is on 3rd floor (another 30-40 from ground to 3rd floor) and then another 12 stairs to the loft. So dont forget something and need to run back! Mistral 18 is very well furnished, bathrooms are large and showers are beatiful. Mistral 18 ensured we had a stress-free vacation.

Perfect Getaway Spot!

My husband and I were looking for a place on the beach, and this met all of our expectations! Very quiet, clean, and had an amazing view. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella was a huge plus as well. We would definitely book again!!
