Ideally located in a quiet pocket of 30A, yet convenient to dining and shopping, this beachfront condo was the perfect fit for our family. Updated & tastefully decorated, this condo provided an eye-pleasing comfortable place to unwind after a day of frolicking on the beach. The kitchen was fully furnished with all we needed for preparing meals throughout our stay. From sipping coffee in the morning to dining in the evening, the beachfront balcony was a favorite place to relax and take in the fresh salt air and amazing views of the ocean. Definitely recommend this condo!

Perfect little slice of heaven

Booked this for a short getaway with my two teenage daughters. The view from the back deck is what sealed the deal and it didn't disappoint. Check in was easy, the staff was also responsive to my texts with any questions, and the condo was perfection.

Beautiful view from the balcony

This place was bright and clean with comfortable furniture. We woke up each morning and enjoyed coffee, tea, breakfast on the balcony overlooking the beautiful view of the gulf waters. It had onsite, easy access to the beach. The management was friendly and quick to respond to questions and sent someone within an hour or so when we had a minor issue with the thermostat. While we didn’t cook much, it had a well stocked kitchen (no food items). They did have a 10/12 cup coffeemaker and a Keurig machine but no tea kettle, I used a saucepan to boil water for my tea (hot water from a coffee pot or Keurig tastes like coffee). I will give a heads up that they only provide “starter” supplies so you will likely need to purchase additional toilet paper, dish & dishwasher soaps, trash bags, etc. There are no beach towels, beach chairs, or bikes. We would stay there again but, depending on the season, may also look for a place that had a few more amenities.

Amazing view

Absolute paradise. Right on the beach. The chair service was amazing. Set up every morning. Just a short walk down the stairs, and you are on the beach. Condo was spotless. We will definitely be back.

Great Stay and Location

My family and I stayed for 4 nights and it was wonderful. Beach access is right in the backyard, we had free access to two beach chairs and an umbrella already on the sand. The location was walking distance from alys beach and rosemary.

Beautiful View

We love staying somewhere along 30A each year, this year we decided to stay at this property because of the interior updates and the view. Overall we had a good experience but found a few minor inconveniences. For a family of 5 it was tight but enough space for a week. The good: Nice updates within the home Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony Good WiFi Beach chairs and umbrella setup included (big plus) Inconvenient surprises: -Although it said travel crib was included they didn’t have one at the property so we had to wait a full day to get a pack n’ play. (At least they delivered the pack n play) -Two of the cooking pans still had residue and left over food on it in the cupboard - only 1 roll of toilet paper?! Any other rental we’ve stayed at has at least one additional roll under the sink as a backup. That was an unpleasant surprise! - There is no griddle (sorry kids no pancakes) - the listing says that it’s steps away from Alys Beach, if you consider a 25-30 min walk “steps” I guess. - other rentals have had boogie boards, bikes and other beach amenities (wasn’t expected but it would have been nice, bikes would have really come in handy since it’s a long walk to Alys Beach or Rosemary Beach) We would consider staying here again, especially if it was just a couples trip.

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful apartment and location! That view is insanely hard to beat, and I loved the setup with multiple bathrooms/bedrooms. It was also spotlessly cleaned when we arrived and the communication with the property manager was always good and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend!

Directions were very accurate. Rooms were very clean and organized. Plenty of space. Ver very easy access to the beach and bike/walking path. Didnt have the beach gate access code ahead of time but quickly figured it out. Wonderful views of the ocean. Easy check out process. Will stay here again.

Nice Condo! Hidden gem.

The building itself belies the quality inside of this unit. The exterior looks like a 90s Spanish-style building, nothing special. However, the rear of the property is extremely well-kept and aesthetically pleasing. The beach is only a set of stairs away. Inside the condo is where this place sings. Dang-near brand new everything. Very cute and understated decorations. Very good furniture and tvs. Showers were alright, nothing great, but zero complaints. Kitchen was extremely well-stocked, and very organized. We would return to this location again.
