The place is great. It’s my second time staying in the same place. 2 things that need improvement, are the shower pressure, (there isn’t any), and a new hairdryer needs to be provided. That also has no power. Last night we had no place to park our car bc all of the spots were filled. Other than that, no complaints.

Beautiful and homey

We loved our stay at the carriage house. It was clean and welcoming. It was centrally located. We were in Savannah for a 1/2 marathon that started and ended in Forsythe park and was able to walk there. It is our hope to stay there again next year. The only thing we would have liked was beach chairs or blankets to take to the park or beach.

Fairly good.

Door is hard to unlock. Pool opened 2 hours late. Can’t close the doors to the bedroom. Shampoo and conditioner bottles were too small for 2 people for 4 nights. Needs more lighting. There isn’t a ceiling light in the kitchen so there is a lamp instead. The lamp blocks the dishwasher.

Nice stay

I stayed for 2 weeks while working remotely. The place was quiet and comfortable, and there are numerous coffee houses and cafes nearby. I would stay here again. (Note i changed my reservation to the main house and didnt stay in tge carriage house unit.)

Additional Policies/ Rules after booking were a major turn off!

Pros: clean, hot water with good water pressure, comfortable bed. Cons: after booking you get a email with lots of fine print: The AC must be at a specific temperature, you can get fines if you move the furniture. They limit the toiletries provided. Only two rolls of toilet paper no matter how long you stay, the smallest bottles of shampoo and conditioner, one mini bar of soap so you’ll have to keep moving it from the shower to the bathroom sink unless you bring your own! The worst part was the lack of response when I reached out about the wifi not working. In the email you receive after booking it says, “We do our best to keep all routers and cable working properly. We guarantee that the service is paid for…there will be no refunds for loss of internet or TV.” That should have been a sign that the wifi was going to be iffy at best and just plan out at worst! Within minutes of arriving at the carriage house after 4 PM, I sent a text about the wifi being out. They ask that you communicate via text. I received no response. I sent another text the next morning and still no response. Hours later, I finally receive a text asking if there is any maintenance issues they should be aware of. I reply yes the wifi as I texted twice before. No response! The wifi did finally start working on my third day in the apartment, but my gosh was it annoying to not have and it was even more annoying for them to not acknowledge the issue.

Wonderful location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The bed and couch were very comfortable. It was very clean and inviting. The location is 2 blocks away from a bus stop and easy walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. It was the perfect getaway!

Great place

The accommodations were clean and exactly as described, which is adorable and perfect. The communication with management was excellent… Definitely above average. Location is terrific. The only aspect to be aware of is the street noise because of its great location. Not people noise… Just traffic. Not a deterrent from staying there. Just a suggestion to possibly bring a noisemaker to sleep if you’re not heavy sleeper. Not a big deal though. Truly a wonderful place to stay.

Mother Daughter Trip

Super cute carriage house in close proximity to a few local shops and cafes. A little too far to walk to Historic Savannah areas but the drive was less than 10 minutes. This property is off of a busier street, so we did hear quite a bit of traffic.

Perfect for our needs

Property was exactly as advertised. Easy walk to downtown and plenty of Uber options as well. Our longest wait was 4 minutes. Very clean and comfortable and nice to be able to spread out a bit versus a hotel room.

Very nice

Place was clean. A little far from the town but Ubers are a great alternative to walking. Located on a busy road, and heard traffic all night. Also street lights were shining right into bedroom window. Black out curtains would help. Nice shared courtyard with string lights.

Cozy getaway

Staying at this property made me feel extremely spoiled. There is so much packed into the cottage stay. Every amenity has been thought of and taken care of to make my stay so comfortable and convenient. I didn’t love the neighborhood but chose this area to be close to my daughter who lives not far. I would absolutely rent here again and plan to.

Great cozy place in quiet part of town

This was a great rental. It is a little way from the downtown action but many days we just 👨‍⚕️ be close to town where we could park free and closer to way into the action. The free bust comes right by the rental and was really easy to use. The rental is so cute and cozy and clean. Had everything we needed. Slept great in the bed. The area was nice a quiet. Had a great vacation!! Southern Bell was great to deal with. I had a few questions and I just texted and they replied right away.
