Epic time again!! I have been going to Savannah for about 30 years, and this place is out of sight! June gives white glove attention to guests. Every single detail is thoughtful and curated so well. It exceeds anything out there for this area. I will only be staying here on next trips. 11 out of 10 STARS. I had to lose one day due to circumstances but, the following night was open, and June offered for me to stay free of charge. So kind and hospitable. Can't wait to return, add to your must "stay" list in SAV!

The carriage house is lovely and immaculate, and June truly goes above and beyond as a host. It’s right in the heart of the historic district on what might be the most beautiful street in the world!! If you want to immerse yourself in Savannah's charm, this is the place to do it.

June was a perfect hostess, she sent us a list of activities early enough so we could make restaurant reservations. Her husband Greg welcomed us and showed us around the property. The facility was immaculate. It was about a mile walk to the river, but there is lots to see along the walk. June's communication prior to arrival was perfect.

The most fabulous hosts ever! June & Greg thought of everything we could possibly need on our trip and provided it! From yummy snacks to extra toothbrushes to coffee and sodas and water…you name it they had it! The carriage house was super clean and such a precious place to stay. They gave us lots of recommendations for food and things to see and it is all within walking distance. We were allowed to bring our pup with us and they shared their garage so we had a place to park! Highly recommend their carriage house!! Deserves more than 10 stars!!

Great location and nice property. Greg and June are both very nice and great hosts. They are very knowledgeable about the area so that helped us decide on a few things to do. If we go back to Savannah we will definitely try to get their property again.

June’s carriage house was perfect for our long holiday weekend in Savannah. The property is on the gorgeous and quiet Jones Street. We walked to absolutely everything. The condo is beautifully decorated and well appointed. June stocks it with everything you could want including snacks and drinks. We have stayed in many VRBO’s and never encountered a more thoughtful host. June emailed us extensive information far ahead of our trip, including pointing out particular restaurants that need advanced reservations to get in. We really appreciated her suggestions and local perspective!Highly recommend!

The Carriage House was immaculate. Everything you would need to enjoy your stay was there. June was an amazing host. She made every effort to ensure our stay was the best possible. Parking in town can be a challenge, but you can find a place. I highly recommend this place as a great place to stay.

The unit listing on VRBO is misleading in my opinion. First the unit is not ON Jones street. It has no ingress or egress except in a filthy unpaved alleyway The photo placed on VRBO shows the front of the owners home. Yes the entrance on Jones street to the owners home is very nice. In fact the owner meets you at HER front door, takes you through her historic home and then brings you to the unit. I’ve attached photos to the true way you must come and go. It is not “Savannah Charm”. The so-called Carraige House is a studio unit built above a garage along the alley. That said. The owner is a nice couple, the studio is nicely provoked and clean. The location is a little bit further from the river district then I expected. .75 to 1.5 miles depending on where along the river you are. The backyard has great potential but was generally unkept. The advertised washer/dryer does not exist in the unit. The owner has it in her house and makes it available if you(and I quote her instruction manual) “ABSOLUTELY “ need it. The fire place advertised is neither wood burning or gas. It is Plug in electric stand alone faux mantel piece.

Beautiful historic property

Excellent location in the downtown historic district! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Very hospitable host, the carriage house was thoughtfully well-appointed, very clean and comfortable. Made for a wonderful, relaxing long weekend getaway!

Kind, helpful owners. I received multiple recommendations of restaurants, activities, and helpful hints weeks before arrival, which helped in planning. We were met at the garage by Greg, who graciously showed us the carriage house, how to work all of the locks and TV, got us set up in the garage, recommended dinner and introduced us to Freddie, their pup. So many little things made our stay great. We had a fridge stocked with sodas and water, snacks, coffees and teas, umbrellas, beach towels, chairs, and a cooler, bug spray and sun block, bandaids, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body gel. We got to meet June the next day. She is so nice and the restaurant recommendations are spot on! The area is within walking distance of everything and is a quiet respite from the business of Savannah. Kroger is only a ten minute walk. The kitchen is well stocked with all you would need. The bed is comfortable. There are games and books available, too. We definitely plan to go back.

The host was over the top in making us feel welcome and helping us decide where to go. The location was fantastic, right in the historic district. The unit was comfortable and charming. We particularly enjoyed Savannah Bike Tours and the Public Kitchen and Bat. Looking forward to our next stay!
