"Hosts were very responsive. Beautiful floors, be respectful and don’t wear your shoes. Good walking distance from the park and coffee shops. About a 30-45 min walk to the riverfront. Great scenery along the way. We felt safe and comfortable. We recommend staying here. The only downside is the noise from upstairs guests. Not unexpected though, hardwood floors up there too. "

"We very much enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location is perfect for a weekend in Savannah, and the space is even larger than it appears in photos! The home is nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. Chase was easy to communicate with and quick to reply. My only note is that the neighborhood can be a bit loud from 10 pm to 2 am because of nearby bars, however, the hosts have provided noise machines that help mask some of the noise. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental for...

"We stayed her for the entire month of January. The flat was well appointed, nicely decorated and inviting. It is located is a perfectly located part of town within walking distance to food, shopping and many of the city parks/squares. "A lot of time and care went into rehabbing the property and it is in excellent condition with up to date furnishings and amenities. It is a two-story with bedrooms, full bath, and stacked washer and dryer upstairs. It is in walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. We had no problem finding free parking on Price Street very close to the rental. Aaron, from the property management service was great with communication; before, during, and after the stay.
