TLDR: great place, highly recommend, some minor maintenance is needed though. This was a very fun little place to stay! Parking was a breeze. If you are planning on renting a car so you can get to Ebenezer Creek, drive through the wildlife reserve, get out to Boneventure Cemetery, or Tybee Island, you will love the included off street parking here. It is also walking distance to all of the historic district. We loved how central it is. There are some great coffee shops and restaurants just around the corner or down the street. The room was quite clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The living room is spacious and comfortable as well. The bathroom was functional, if a little musty. There were three minor issues that we had. First, the electrical for the laundry washer and dryer/refrigerator was kind of hanging out of the wall and didn’t seem quite finished, so you need to be careful about it. Fortunately it is mostly blocked off by the appliances. Second, the water filter spout that they had next to the kitchen sink was actually attached to the dishwasher drainage rather than the actual water supply. Finally, the shower/tub are is not fully caulked and there are gaps in the exposed drywall, so be sure to check for mold. The good thing is that they keep the place pretty well ventilated. Overall our stay here was great and we had a very fun time. The manager was very quick to respond and had some great recommendations.
