The oven was broken, the pool was broken and full of leaves. I called the management company immediately and it took them five hours to get somebody out to even look at the pool. After the gentleman looked at it, he noticed the breaker was thrown for the pool. He reset it the breaker subsequently broke again seven times and it never worked. The next morning I called again and by 1 o’clock in the afternoon, the suggestion was to move next-door. We had to leave an event where we were at and be transferred to another unit next-door. Which took four hours of our day to leave the event come back transfer, and then go back to the event. When we got into the other unit, none of the bathtubs had working water stoppers. The right side of the downstairs bathroom sink the stopper was stuck, and I had to get a butter knife to get it out to let the water drain. I believe because of the inconvenience the managing company should’ve at least offered us late check out or some sort of financial refund. Other than having to transfer units in the middle of our stay savannah Georgia was beautiful!
