Hot tub was fine easy check in very clean only problems were not enough towels for at week stay think they might be squirrels living under shower floor,someone on hill had a dog last 3 nights had a barking problem.

Everything was great except the hot tub. Called about it and a technician was sent. We were lead to believe it was fixed but nothing had changed. Water was not hot, didn't circulate well, and it periodically shut off due to an error code. According to reviews of this property, this has been and ongoing issue going back as far as 2024. It seems the can just keeps getting kicked down the road.

The cabin was nice, rustic, and in a good location. It was an enjoyable stay and would stay again. The hot tub needed new water as it was a bit murky, and it didn't heat up past 103 degrees.

The heating is really insufficient. We ran it at full strength, with air circulation, and it stayed very cold throughout the night. The bathroom door has a lot of wear and tear including water damage at the bottom. The caulking in most corners of the cabin were cracked in a large areas. Otherwise, the accommodations were lovely. This is the exact kind of location we look for. This cabin just needs to be repaired and refurbished. Otherwise, we may find other accommodations in the future.

The cabin was neat, very clean, and private. I loved the hot tub in the screened in porch. Check in was not easy because I had to call and have the lock combination changed. The real problem was the lack of heat. The outside temperature got down to 24 degrees. The cabin only had a tiny hotel style heating unit that was unable to keep up so it was freezing when I woke up in the morning. The beautiful vaulted ceilings kept all of the hot air far above the living space.

It truly encompassed everything described—a wonderfully cozy retreat, nestled away just enough to offer a sense of delightful disconnection from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Yet, it was conveniently close to Hellen, making it easy to venture out for a lovely dinner or to pick up groceries. The atmosphere was serene, inviting one to unwind and enjoy the tranquil surroundings while still being a stone's throw from local amenities.The host kindly informed us that our cabin was ready ahead of schedule, which felt like a delightful surprise after our long journey. We were eager to unwind and soak in the peaceful atmosphere, making it the perfect welcome after a tiring drive.

The cabin was nice and cozy but humidity in cabin was interesting. Things felt almost wet. The hot tub does not stay at temp and takes a while to heat up to temp. Other than that the cabin was nice and clean and had everything you need.

Power went out and ended up staying at a hotel the first night. Terrible customer service when we called to see what was going on. Rep was rude and said they’d call back but never did. Bathtub was moldy and the hot tub barley worked. The location was beautiful though. Overall not worth the money. The hotel we stayed at was nicer and friendlier.

Great weekend getaway!

Perfect cozy cabin in the woods to run away to! I surprised my partner with this place for a weekend getaway and we had a great time. Well secluded, no need to worry about other guests. Well cleaned and maintained.

Sweet retreat

This cabin is really cute and clean. Perfect for our mom/dad getaway weekend. The screened in porch with the hot tub was our favorite part. Parking was a little of a maneuver in our full sized truck but doable. We hope to return in the future!
