The host was great. Followed up on us before and after departing. The house was well stocked with games for adult and kid friendly games. Something for everyone to enjoy. Enjoyed the hot tub and the screened in porches. My grandkids really enjoyed the game room downstairs. That was a Big Hit for them. Best weekend!!!

This was a wonderful place. There was plenty of room. Everything was very clean. We enjoyed Helen’s Tubing and the water behind the condo. The home was equipped with everything we needed. The owner was very nice and answered all our questions. I would truly recommend this property, you’ll love it.

Phenomenal stay!

Property was as advertised and perfect for our stay. We had three adults and three children (10, 7 and 4). Plenty of room in bedrooms for everyone. The location on the river allowed us to just walk up the street to public park, put our own tubes in (we brought) and float down to property. Kids loves skipping rocks and looking at wildlife. Everything in the house was clean and well-organized. The driveway into property is a little steep, so a low vehicle would need to drive cautiously, but still accessible! We were able to walk around and drive around with plenty of parking to enjoy food and entertainment. Slot Cars were an unexpected fun time with the kids just a few 100 yards away from property. Host is amazing at communication and made sure we were well taken care of. Zero issues with our stay. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you!!!

Great cabin, great location!

Cabin was well stocked with supplies and kitchen ware. Very clean and comfortable. Sitting on the porch listening to the river was so relaxing. Kids enjoyed using their own tubes to float from roadside park north of Helen right back to the cabin. We also enjoyed being able to walk to town.

Great Location

The location is convenient to everything. Perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The Christmas lights were still up in the town and it just added to an already good time. Will definitely return to the area and hopefully this location will be available

Christmas in Helen

We had an awesome stay ,from grilling to the hot tub, to zip lining, and coffee on a deck in the cool morning air. We enjoyed having separate levels with rooms and not having to flip a coin for the bathtub seeing as there was two, 3 if you count the downstairs. The place was clean and well kept.Thanks for having us !!

Girls Trip 2023

There were 8 of us girls and we very much enjoyed staying at Karen's property. It was clean and neatly decorated. Lots of space for us to spread out yet cozy enough for girlfriend chats each evening.

Great riverside getaway

The minute we walked into the property we were greeted with a clean and comforting place. The TV was on with music, and it was all inviting. The property was big enough for everyone to have their own space. We loved the view of the river and the kids loved to play by the river. The patio space was great for chatting, watching TV, and relaxing with the view. We liked that the property was close to town so that we could take a nice walk to get to activities and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again!
