Issue I had was that air condition is listed as included but there is no thermostat in the unit and is actually controlled by downstairs unit, leaving you at the mercy of the downstairs occupants. "We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It appears to have been recently rehabbed, so everything was new and updated. The location is excellent! We were able to walk everywhere in downtown Saugatuck and a quick walk back to the property.
