Features a king bed, kitchenette, stand up shower in bathroom, and cozy dining and living space with beautiful views. Located in the building where the famous Star of Saugatuck operates, this downtown location has river views and fantastic people watching! Air conditioning, wifi, cable and smart TV. Walking distance to all things Downtown Saugatuck, this unique and exquisite place is perfect for a couple or single traveler. This property does not have access to the hot tub or pool.

River dock view - shades up another bldg/residence has view right in to bedroom (maybe shades that open from the top instead?). Did have some loud voices from neighbors.Very conveniently located from town for walkers, which we like. Very clean. Comfortable bed.

Great view close to everything

It was easy to drive around. The food and the restaurants which were plenty was good. The people that lived in town were very nice and accommodating.

Perfect getaway

This was a perfect spot for a couple day getaway! The room was very clean and had a beautiful view of the river. The location is great as everything was in walking distance. Highly recommend, would love to stay here again!

This was my first time reserving a room like this. the property manager always responded quickly to my questions. I got email notices with all information on our check in info. The place was in fantastic condition. Clean and well furnished. The river view was spectacular. Walking distance to so many neat shops and restaurants. My husband brought a fishing pole and bought a 24 hr fishing license and fished from the docks, and caught one too. We would highly recommend this place. As a warning, you may want to pull the bathroom shade down if the neighbors are in their window covered workout room when you take a shower. Not a deal braker at all--just a warning if that matters to you. We stayed here and traveled back and forth to Holland 2 days during the Tulip Festival. I wish I would have booked 3 nights instead of 2. We also went on the 1.5 hr Star River Paddleboat Cruise located on the property. It was a chilly day but it has enclosed seating so we kept warm. We saw some wildlife and enjoyed it.

Great Getaway

Took my husband here for his birthday and some much needed R&R. We sat or laid around, which was the objective. Felt rejuvenated when we left. Will definitely stay again!

Great little place

Perfect stay. Very clean place and had an excellent view of the river. Property manager provided all the necessary info and I had no issues whatsoever. Would stay here again!
