Awesome vacation!

The house was spectacular! There are so many activities and amenities. The property manager was extremely responsive to any outage we had. The amenities inside and outside were phenomenal! The owners have thought of everything to make guests comfortable and entertained! The fire pits(4 of them!), the pool, sauna, the outdoor eating area, the front porch and all the athletic facilities kept everyone entertained!The basement amenities of pinball, ping pong, pool, foosball etc. was a fun way to cap off the day!The view of the lake was great! Nice area to walk and convenient to the downtown area!There was a storm the night before we arrived and the hot tub and pool were quite messy with debris when we arrived. The property manager immediately had someone out to clean everything up! Awesome response!

Better than the pictures!

We were beyond amazed by the beauty of this house and property. It looks nice in the but it far exceeded our expectations! First time for our large family to vacation in Michigan,but won’t be our last! Expensive but soooo worth it!

Unbelievable Michigan Getaway

We stayed at this property with 18 people ranging in age from 5 months to 65. The house was absolutely perfect and exactly as the listing showed. Everyone had their own bed and we all slept very comfortably, the pool area was perfect and the kids had a blast in the basement game room. The host was very quick to respond prior to our visit and during check-in with any questions I had. I would 100% stay at this property again

Great Family Reunion Location

Great houae, back yard, pool, basketball, tennis, putting green, etc. What a great location. Ideal for a family reunion which is what we had. The management company who you work through is world class. 100% responsive around tje clock.

Paradise Found Indeed!

We booked this property for our annual family reunion! We had multiple families traveling from both coasts to make memories - and this property delivered big time. From the comfortable private bedrooms so each family had their own dedicated space (inclusive of two apartment like units above the garage and next to the mud room) to the well appointed common areas that set the perfect stage for family bonding (swimming, hot tub, pickleball, fire pit, volleyball, the well appointed kitchen and the list goes on) this property was PERFECT. The lake views were relaxing, as were the private lakeside decks to watch incredible sun sets. The sandy beach was only a short walk or (even shorter) golf cart ride away. Needless to say we had such a great time we immediately booked for next year!

Perfect family vacation house!

My expectations were exceeded with this property. It was perfect for me and my extended family to enjoy a weeklong stay in Saugatuck area. Close to town but tucked away on the lake for those sunsets from the front porch that take your breath away. I would highly recommend this property snd it’s managing team to anyone!

Family oasis…..almost.

We were so excited to finally vacation with all seven of our children, their significant others and two grandchildren. We combed through all of the spacious. listings that were waterfront. We paid very close attention to the amenities and asked all of the questions to assure ourselves we were making the correct choice. The house itself is very easy to relax and enjoy, It was my understanding that we were only the second renters and we did feel there were some disconnects and issues in the listing that did not meet our expectation. Lizzie and Anne did a wonderful job trying to resolve them, but I hope they figure out how to make the next experience a bit more trouble free. We repeatedly asked about the beach in front of the home. You must travel to actually have beach access. We ended up using the pool daily but the cover was broken and we had to spend a lot of time skimming every day. Other issues plagued us from the start as well, once they find their rhythm with this home it will be worth the money spent. Clarity in listing will really help. All of the other amenities were used and appreciated. Family pickle ball, volleyball and campfires made our evenings shine. The view is spectacular from the front of the home.
