My family had a fantastic time during our spring break stay at this property. The heated pool, which we had to request and pay extra for, was a hit with our kids. The primary suite also had a convenient shower and sauna. Although it’s an older home that underwent a beautiful renovation so expect some imperfections. Home had everything we needed for a relaxing week. Be prepared for a 45-50 minute drive to Siesta Beach or Anna Maria Island, as we encountered heavy traffic. The property managers promptly addressed all our concerns. Would recommend to friends and family.

Very welcoming and nice stay. The location is close to the airport, Ringling Museum area, and a short drive to downtown Sarasota. The home was clean and comfy. And the heated pool in February was a real treat!

While the home was lovely and centrally located there were ants in the master shower that we had to deal with. We were unable to use the pool as it was too cold. We paid the additional cost to heat the pool but were unaware that it shut off at night, so any temperature gains made during the day were lost every night.

We spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed it so much. The home was comfortable and conveniently located to anything we could do- beaches, shopping, dining, exploring. The house was equipped with everything our family needed for a wonderful stay. The pool was great and the yard was spacious for the kids to play. I would stay here over and over again. Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and gave plenty of room to our family of four. Having the pool was nice though it did seem a touch more dated than the pictures indicated. We had everything we needed included beach chairs and a cooler provided. It was convenient to everything we wanted to see (downtown Sarasota and Lido/St Armands). Sometimes the planes could be loud but not an issue. The only real issue we ran into was a bird pecking at the dining room window every morning at 7am. If that could be fixed, it would be perfect. All that said, we’d stay here again for sure.

Overall a good stay

House was adequate for our needs and was exactly as advertised. Located in a good neighborhood and I liked that it was near the airport and a midway point between the attractions in Sarasota and Bradenton. My only complaint was that the pool was filthy upon arrival and the water level was way below the skimmer. I let management know, but the pool guy didn’t arrive until Thursday. He was frustrated that he wasn’t notified at all. Sounds like my complaints weren’t passed along to the pool company. After the pool maintenance left it looked better but still not to the condition where I wanted to swim in it. So I didn’t use the pool all week. Disappointing but the weather was on the cooler side anyway. Other amenities the house offered were great for our needs. Thanks for the stay.

Nice home with heated pool.

We enjoyed to heated pool very much. The private back yard was so nice. Also the sofa was very comfy and we were all able to be in there together. Bed in master bedroom was also very comfy. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Our Stay

The inside and layout of the home was great. Very clean. Our biggest complaints are with the management. For several days before check in we contacted them to see if we could check in four hours before check in time. Never received an answer except emails saying they would check on it. When we arrived the pool was 76 degrees instead of 85 degrees that we paid for. Contacted the management about no internet and they said will get back to us which never happened. The inside of the house was great but the outside definitely needed cleaned and organized. The neighbor hood is nice but be prepared for jets flying overhead sometimes every 5 minutes.

Sarasota FL vacation

The property was great. Lots of room in the house. Yard was nice. Outside seating area was nice. A quiet neighborhood. Close to airport, grocery stores and downtown. A lot of planes arriving and departing during the day. It wasn't disruptive, we actually got a kick out of it. Check out Flightradar 24 - tells you where the plane is going to or coming from. Heated pool was a great plus. We used the grill. Kitchen had everything we needed for a week stay. It had a Keurig. We would stay here again.

Nice Place in Sarasota

We were here visiting family. We didn't spend too much time here. The pictures are actually. We loved the backyard was great just to chill in the evening. The living room was huge and very comfortable. They had suitable cook ware. No wine glasses - so I left one for you and some bigger coffee cups. Location was great for us to get into Bradenton. I would stay again at this location. Plenty of space for a family.

The best place for a much-needed break!

I absolutely love this property! Everything was better than I had hoped. Having a TV on the back porch that can be viewed from the pool was a big plus, but the pool was the highlight! The TV in the living room is HUGE! Everything I needed for preparing food was there. I slept in the master bedroom and the bed is very comfortable. The shower with multiple spraying options was super. I absolutely intend to stay there again! A shout out to the ladies from iTrip for their fabulous customer service--top notch!

West Coast Vacation

We had a wonderful stay even while Hurricane Idalia went by. The pool was great, the outside lounge area was perfect, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. We hope to return soon.
