"This exquisite, newly renovated home has modern finishes and incredible indoor and outdoor spaces that lend themselves to entertaining (which we did - dinner with my sister and brother in law) and simply relaxing. It would be difficult to find a more perfect location. It’s steps to the ocean and so close to the harbor and all of the bustle of downtown while still being incredibly private and quiet. "Six of us stayed at this home and it was a great fit for our group. The location is superb and the house had just what we needed to get things ready for a wedding weekend for our daughter. The kitchen was roomy and had lots of items which made it very useful. We were able to relax and the location within a block of town made it perfect for walking to great spots for dining. "

"We had a lovely three night stay in the Farmhouse. Everything there has style and comfort…with plenty of room for sleeping, relaxing and eating. We liked seeing the sheep, llama, dogs and cat.Jen was quick to respond. We will definitely come back a"

"Very nice little house right in the middle of Los Olivos, maximum 3-4 minute walk to every restaurant and tasting room. Everything is quite new and nice in the house, and the small patio is very charming for having drinks or snacks outside. Only issue (not the owners' fault, so more just a tip for future guests) is that some mornings a guy with a leaf blower will wake you up around 7am, so ear plugs are useful if you like to sleep in. Otherwise a pretty much perfect stay. I'd love to return...

"The property was exactly what we were looking for. It was in the perfect location! The property manager was very attentive and answered any questions we had!"

"Close proximity to downtown Santa Barbara and especially the area of State St. where most of the activities are. Home is an older home that has been updated and provides more seclusion than a hotel. Full refrigerator and kitchen and two bathrooms help when multiple occupants are trying to get ready at the same time. I would definitely use it again and owner is very accommodating!"

"Had a great family stay! Manager was very responsive to the one issue we had with hot water and fixed quickly. The property was clean overall but floors need a good cleaning (my feet got dirty inside the house). Location is excellent for walking to the beach, zoo, and state street. Downside is the noise from being right next to the train tracks and freeway. We would definitely stay here again."
