"I stayed here with my mom aunt and husband for one night. This is a very comfortable place to crash the night and better than a hotel. We watched movies at the living room and the house it’s well equipped with a a/c unit since outside was supper hot. The house is gated and The two bathrooms were equipped with towels liquid soap and shampoo. Loved the cold water inside the fridge. Great communication with host. Will definitely stay here again ."

"We love Kernville for the biking and rafting and small town feel. The house was well located within a mile of town and was super clean. Plenty of room for 5 guys. We enjoyed hanging in the backyard too. Highly recommend "

"We enjoyed this large home with our large family. It was great to have space for parents, grandparents, and kids - indoors and outdoors. Heidi clearly defined the rules of the home, and was responsive to our questions. Although there was no air conditioning, with the breeze and fans going, we were able to keep the rooms cool. PMC is a great community to visit."

"This was hands down one of the best vacation rentals that we have gotten. There was so much room and had great amenities. The kids pretty much lived in the pool. The misters outside were great for cooling off. The game room was a huge hit. The house was very well supplied, had all your basic kitchen items, the bathroom were clean and had your basic little toothpaste to get you started, each room had their own set of towel for the stay! "I spent the weekend in Bakersfield with family and had a great time at the Hacienda! The kitchen is well equipped with cooking items and there were enough spaces in the house that I could escape the noise of loud talkers. ;)Lori was incredibly responsive and kindly left snacks for arrival.There was a lot of street parking and a grocery store less than 10 min away."
