"Super clean, comfortable home. It was perfect for our small family"

"It’s not as nice as the photos. It’s tired and definitely not air conditioned. We went in the middle of July and it was so hot and miserable to be in a hot old home with no air conditioning. To top it off owner lives in 3rd bedroom of home and demands to keep right side of driveway clear for them to park. Meanwhile the garage is locked off, and the 3rd bedroom in the middle of the house and the back yard are locked off from any usage.. so all you get is 2 beds in a hot tired, dated home. ...

"It is very clear the owner does not put much into this property or care how it looks. A kitchen cabinet was literally hanging off the hinges, coffee table completely stained as well as the kitchen table. The shower door would not close. Our car did not fit in the garage due to the washer and dryer. He offered to refund us if we left now -late in the evening after traveling all day. we went for a family funeral and did not have time to search for a new place. I would not recommend this place."

"This is a great value for the price, especially for a two-bedroom ADU in Redwood City. The space is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed — plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, an induction burner, coffee maker with coffee, creamer & sugar, and a large dorm-style fridge, which worked well for everyday meals.
