WARNING:We have stayed at this house 2Xs before so we were expecting the same house and amenities. We were wrong but the only variable change is the new owners or property managers “Royal Destinations”. They are easy to talk to and very quick to respond using text, 5 stars, but that is it. It was a bunch of little things that made me leave the overall rating. A few of them… they duct taped the back sensors and removed the ability to turn on back pool or yard lights, seems dangerous for children or possibly a code violation, when you add the lock to the pool from the porch was broke or didn’t work properly. They removed all the baby stuff (high chair, pack and play, etc). The biggest was the hot tub… they took away the ability to control it and said it was programmed to be on from 4-8 pm jets only and we had to tell them before check in (never told us and never worked 2Xs the same way). Took two days to replace a Roku box,No heat, no outside lights, and we had take the trash to and from the road every two days I think. Seems petty but at these rates for a house miles off the coast I expected more. Overall I feel like the house we fell in love with was sold in January. Do not expect any refunds to be offered for your problems or issues and a 50/50 shot they fix the issue before you leave. They are running it into the ground and trying to get every penny they can, as seen by their price increases. I cannot say I would recommend this house to anyone anymore. It’s sad really.
