Enjoyed 5 perfect days …the property was exactly as described. Highly recommend the unit. Would stay there again. Comfortable beds. Plenty of beach chairs toys etc. kitchen had all the amenities. Only suggestion would be that unit should provide coffee filters. View was amazing. Unit was updated and spacious.

We loved our stay - the property was beautiful and close to the beach. Very clean and the beds were comfortable - the porch was lovely. Only concern was the wifi - if you need to work while you’re there I would suggest a mobile hot spot - otherwise a fantastic place!

Plenty of room for 6 adults to comfortably stay and had hoped to have 8 but 2 were unable to join us. Clean, well maintained and perfect for us. We did have a slight problem with Master Bath having an unpleasant odor after showers but solved the dilemma by running fan and closing bathroom door. Kitchen is well stocked with a double oven, nice sized fridge and plenty of bathroom towels and washcloths. Bring your own beach towels and take them up on beach chair rentals, the company they suggest is also wonderful. The management was prompt and responsive when we let them know about the odor. And you cannot beat the views!

The location was great. The unit had everything we needed and was clean. The A/C was not sufficient in the second bedroom and the loft. Fans and a portable A/C provided cooling and air flow to make those rooms comfortable. Adults, watch your heads in the loft. Suggestion - move the bike rack so that 5B guests can back their car out of the parking space. Overall, it was great. The credit for beach gear was nice. The company said that we had only $20 for each day of a 7 day stay, tho our rental agreement said we had $245. Somehow I was charged about $13 for running over my credit, tho I did not. We searched for a full day for the things we had arranged to be delivered bc we were not told where they would be and then were given the wrong info. Despite the confusion on amount and drop spot, the credit was a nice bonus.

Immaculate condo! Easiest check-in we have ever had. Everything was in working order. Interior decor, furnishings, color was inviting and relaxing! Tastefully decorated. Everyone enjoyed the beach and the view! The area was great and very family friendly! Hands down the best place we have ever vacationed! Worth every penny!

We were very pleased with our stay! The house was perfect for our family. We have 3 kids under 10 and the upstairs space was perfect for them but close enough to the master bedroom as well. There was an abundance of sand toys, a few beach chairs, an umbrella, one bicycle and a fishing pole, which was a nice surprise! We loved our view from the balcony and had perfect weather. Kitchen was well stocked and beautifully decorated. Loved having the end unit so we had very quick access to the beach and pool. The pool isn’t very large, but there was never anyone else in it when we used it so it worked out great! We received a credit from our booking to rent something from Vacayzen. Our experience with them was not great. They forgot half of our stuff and then took the whole day to bring it to us. Other than that we had a wonderful time! We have been to Seagrove Beach three times now and would love to come back to this house someday! Thank you for offering such a wonderful place!

This unit was beautiful, new bedding, terrific on the beach with 2 balconies. Perfect walkway down steps to the sand. Large king master and bath. 2 queens in 2nd bedroom with bathroom. 3rd floor bunk room has 3 very comfortable twin beds - no bathroom up there.

Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. The layout worked well for our family and our three kids loved staying in the built-in beds in the loft. I could imagine that in the summer heat that loft gets quite toasty but it was not too much of an issue in March. Super easy access to the beach and the house had beach chairs, two bikes, and beach toys already there. Also had DVDs, games and lots of beachy novels stocked. Having the entry area where we could leave sandy items was also really nice. My only complaint was I would have loved a laundry basket and a broom/dust pan for sweeping up sand that snuck upstairs. Great house!

Everything was excellent except for the master bedroom bed and the included bike. The bed would squeak quite loud if you moved the slightest bit. It woke us up many times every night because every time you move the slightest, it squeaks. This might sound picky, but it's enough to make us not want to stay again. This is unfortunate because the unit besides that was excellent. But you need to be able to sleep all night! The bike tire had a hole in it. We called and a maintenance guy came and repaired it. However, I feel that should have been checked before we arrived.

So close to the beach we could call down to one another and wave. It was certainly the most well stocked property I have ever stayed in, with everything from blenders, pizza cutters, and a lemon juicer; and more than anything you would need for the beach: the most comfortable, easy to carry chairs, beach toys for the kids including body surfing boards, and 2 brand new comfortable bikes. We would definitely come back!

Dune Villas 5B has been recently remodeled...décor is top notch and everything is organized and clean. The view from balcony is the best.....just a few feet from the sand! The rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. The bunk room is perfect for kids. Also, just a bike ride away from Seaside. Perfect location!

We loved our stay!! It was very spacious for all of us! The upstairs bunk room was great for the teenaged kids. My 87 year old grandmother came and the stairs were very easy for her to navigate. Everything we needed was there from items for the beach to the kitchen! The downstairs "beach" room was awesome! It had beach chairs, sand toys pool toys and 2 bikes! The owners even called me on Sunday to make sure everything was to my expectations that has NEVER happened at any of the other places I've stayed. We will definitely be back to Sand in my Shoes!

Perfect sunset views every night. The unit is very tastefully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need. The master has a very comfortable mattress amd you can hear the waves break all night long if you choose to leave the door cracked. There are beach chairs and umbrellas. Oddly, I may miss the shower the most. Great pressure and ocean views. I am usually very critical of rentals if there is something wrong. I can't find a thing wrong with this place....perfect.

We enjoyed staying at Sand in my Shoes very much. It is beautifully decorated and the perfect amount of space for our family of 2 adults and 4 kids. The kitchen had everything we could need and is very organized. It is about a 5 min bike ride into Seaside which was great for our teenagers. The view from the balconies is amazing. The beach outside the condo is not crowded and they provide everything you could want on the beach. The weather was rather cold during our stay, but they have plenty of games and movies to keep the entire family entertained. We would definitely return. Thanks so much!

This is by far our favorite place to stay. The home was nicely decorated with lots of room for everyone to spread out. It had all the kitchen items we needed. Also included puzzles, games and books. Beautiful views and comfortable furnishings. The whole family loved it. Thanks so much!
