We loved our stay in Count Your Blessings. The house was very nice- even bigger than the pictures made it seem. Wonderful neighborhood and very close to the community pool and tennis courts. A decent walk to the public beach access at seagrove one, but thanks to the recommendation from the host, we ended up driving the short distance to the public access with restrooms and parking lot half a mile down 30A. With small kids- we were up and ready to be at the beach early and never had trouble parking at this beach access location. The house was well stocked and had more than we expected. Lots of good spices and basics in the pantry with a note encouraging guests to replace what they use and leave common items for others. The kids loved that there were boogie boards and beach toys available. We also enjoyed the pool noodles for pool time. There were a number of books and movies and we enjoyed puzzles and card games that were available. This was one of the best VRBO homes we’ve stayed in- would definitely stay again if our plans bring us back this way.

We absolutely loved this place. It was cutely decorated and had every amenity we could ask for. It even had spices for you to use and replace. The beds were super comfortable. We had older teenage kids and they enjoyed their inidvidual rooms. The location is super close to the beach with a short walk or you could rent bicycles. Everything was perfect. We will definitely consider returning in the future.

This house exceeded our expectations even with all the good reviews! The beds are extremely comfy and the rooms are perfect. We loved the porches. The house is wonderfully decorated so that it is cheery and yet user friendly. You feel at home here. We loved all the thoughtful details like Alexa's, great books to read, beach supplies, spices, games and well stocked kitchen. The location is great. We rented bikes, so the ride to the beach was very quick. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

Family friendly vacation home

The house was lovely and exactly as pictured. Lots of room in the home also. The neighborhood pool was next to the home and the beach was about an 8 minute walk. Lovely neighborhood and centrally located to restaurants and shopping.

Great house!

We had a great time at count your blessings. Everything in the description was very accurate. As far as location to the beach, it is a little walk and the nearest public beach access was packed in early June. We did visit other public accesses like Grayton State Park beach which was great and Grayton Beach which we enjoyed also. The area did not seem to be as busy as the others, which we prefer. The neighborhood was very quiet and everyone was friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome house and neighborhood!

We loved the house, it was just as described. Warm and cozy felt like home! Fully stocked with all you need! From kitchen to beach supplies! Plenty of room for our party of 6 with a toddler. The walk to the beach took about 7 mins but not bad at all especially with having the beach cart to take all our stuff. The public area gets crowded and they are pretty strict about staying within the area. The pool and tennis/pickle ball court were really close to the house. The only negative thing I’d say was the pickle ball court, you have to play with the tennis net height which was a bummer. We found the local courts about 10mins away so that was ok. Would definitely recommend and we would stay there again! Overall we had a great week and experience!! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home.

Amazing

This property exceeded every expectation. It is in a delightful community. The house is spectacular not only in size and comfort but is also so beautifully artistically decorated with an artist flair. The house is just a few minutes walk to the beautiful beach. I would stay here again in a second.

Amazing!

We've been coming to 30A for 7 years and this property was the best home we've stayed in. Location was perfect and a short walk to the beach and multiple restaurants/shops. Neighborhood was quiet and the house is quite close to the tennis/pickelball courts and one of two pools. The beds were very comfortable and the home was spotless. We also appreciated that it was well-stocked for cooking meals. 10/10 recommend!

The Best Relaxing Week

My family and I loved this vacation house. The neighborhood is so peaceful, quiet. and filled with the cutest homes. I was concerned that we may have to rent a golf cart to drive to and from the beach, but the walk was short and lovely. The home provided everything we needed from shampoo and conditioner to beach towels and umbrellas, which was huge a convenience. I really enjoyed family time having meals on the screened in porch and my daughters loved the daybed swing upstairs where they took several naps. I’m already looking at dates for next year to book “Count Your Blessings” again.

Awesome stay in a great area!

The house matched the pictures and the listing description exactly and was in a quieter area off 30A. There was lots of space, very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and pantry, enjoyable screened in porches both upstairs and downstairs, a 10 minute walk to the beach, and most importantly to my children: the pool was a 15 second walk (if that) out the front door! Highly recommend the house and would definitely stay here again.

BRIGHT & HAPPY HOME...

The Perfect Home Away From Home... Supplied with all that you need for daily living, along with beach supplies provided...Super Clean...Bright Colors...Windows all Around to Let the Florida Sunshine Brighten Up the Space... The 4 porches were fabulous... The Space is Perfect to Move Around in as well as lots of seating for dining in...(although we ate on the screened in porch every day)...Super quiet and safe neighborhood... We had the best time in this home and we definitely did what the theme of the house was... "Count Your Blessings" We for sure were blessed with excellent hosts who checked in often and this is definitely a house to come back to... Don't hesitate to book this place... Overall Fantastic!!! Thank You!!!💛

Better than fabulous!

Count your blessings was certainly a blessing to our family! This house in our very favorite vacation neighborhood, Cassine Village, was not only very well stocked with all the essentials but also extra special non-essentials which make a house a home. AND the attentiveness of the owners was the cherry on top! Our family can’t wait to return to Count Your Blessings.

This home is better than the description on vrbo. It is beautifully decorated, in a lovely quiet neighborhood, immaculate, well stocked, roomy, and in a wonderful location. Did I mention immaculate and beautiful? It really was! The porches are screened in which is a total game changer when you want to sit outside and have a meal or just have a drink. No flies or other insects!!! I personally loved that. The tennis courts and pool are directly behind the house and that was also great. The tennis courts have pickle ball lines so you can play both. The hosts provided a wealth of information about local restaurants and shops and rental places which was very helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this experience. The walk to the beach is 5-10 minutes, not bad at all, and we purchased a wagon to make that a little easier to carry everything. All in all, it was a top notch place to stay. Thank you!

Beautiful home

We had a nice family vacation at Count Your Blessings. The home is absolutely beautiful. The decor and little touches made it feel like home, not your usual vacation rental. Rosemary and Tracy have thought of so many things to make it a comfortable stay. The beds were amazing. We loved the porches and the proximity of the pool. Quiet friendly neighborhood. We enjoyed the nearby donuts (very good!) and ice cream. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Perfect spot!!

The entire experience at “the blue house” (as my kids refer to it) was perfection! Checkin was easy and the house was immaculate. We rented a golf cart prior to coming and it was waiting in the driveway for us. We took the golfcart to nearby restaurants and toted the kids to and from the beach on it. The beach was a short walk for adults and the public beach access wasn’t busy. We rented chairs there and that process went well too (it hasn’t always in the past at other nearby locations!). Everyone at the beach was courteous as was everyone at the community pool (two doors down!). The kids enjoyed a daily walk on the nature trail too (just down from the pool). The porches were beautiful and relaxing. The kitchen was stocked with with everything you need and we grilled out a couple of evenings. Our days began and ended with pickleball on the tennis courts. Truly the best stay we’ve had in the 6 years we’ve been coming to the area! Thank you to Rosemary!! We’ll be back!!

We enjoyed our stay at this sweet house! It was very clean, and the decor was bright, yet it had a cozy feel also. This house had a well stocked kitchen for cooking. The neighborhood is quiet also! Short walk to the beach. All in all, we enjoyed our stay!

Count Your Blessings - The Perfect Vacation

Count Your Blessing is the perfect vacation getaway. The home is much larger than it appears in the pictures and beautifully decorated. It has everything you’ll need (and more) to feel welcome and at home. We especially enjoyed the four porches (two screened in) and having our coffee, breakfast, and most meals on the screened-in porch off the kitchen. The neighborhood is also a short walk/bike ride to the beach. Can’t say enough about how responsive the owners, Rosemary and Tracy, were, periodically checking on us to see if we needed anything and to see if we were enjoying ourselves. We will definitely be back.
