Loved Campodibella

My family of 10 shared this lovely home and guesthouse for a week in July. Can’t say enough good things about the property. Beautifully decorated, pool and grounds were immaculate and within walking distance to the beach and Seaside. Debbie provided great info about restaurants, things to see and do as well as activities during our stay. Will definitely consider another family vacation at this beautiful property.

Lovely Home

We enjoyed spending the week in this lovely home. Our entire family of 14 spent the week making memories. Equipped with everything you need. Loved the beautiful pool and outside areas. Everything was very nice. Debbie is so helpful and quick to answer your questions. Loved our stay. Minutes from the ocean.

Perfect in Every Way!

This property has everything you could ever ask for! The home is beautifully decorated and well appointed. The outside living spaces are very well done and easy to live in. The location to seaside shopping and the proximity to the beach was just perfect. Everyone in our party (12 people) thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property! We will be back!!

Great / private location, walkable to the beach!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is spacious with plenty of room to spread out and large bedrooms. The outdoor living space is amazing… lots of covered areas for shade, an amazing pool, large outdoor dining area, and a great driveway with lots of parking. Walkable to the beach and also the main square at Watercolor. Wonderful house for families.

Great pool and fro t porch on quiet street

Loved the house. Debbie was very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with all the doors and the alarms. Extremely loud and they didn’t allow enough time to get through the door without going off. I hope this has been fixed!

A true oasis!

Our family just spent a week at Campo Di Bella and it was worth every penny!! Everything was perfect from the moment we walked through the door at the start our vacation until the day we checked out. Not only was the home super comfortable, inviting, beautifully decorated and well appointed, it was also very close to all of the action in downtown Seaside. We only had a short walk to the beach and with Debbie's (the homeowner) help, we secured a nice golf cart to get everywhere else we needed to go. It was a perfect setup! I was also blown away by the fabulous outdoor spaces. From the pristine, clean pool and spa to the expansive, partially covered patio with an amazing custom built porch swing, as well as beautiful gardens filled with lots of lush greenery, colorful flowers and fresh herbs we could use for cooking. Debbbie was a wonderful host and made herself available any time we had questions or needed help with anything. She also provided an expansive binder with house rules and expectations, along with all the area restaurants and things to do in Seaside. At first we were overwhelmed by all of the details, but we quickly realized how important they all were for protecting the investment of love that was poured into this stunning home by Debbie herself. I highly recommend that future guests choose Campo Di Bella for their next vacation "home away from home"!

Fabulous Family Vacation

I cannot say enough about our stay at Campo di Bella! From the moment we stepped onto the property it felt as if we were walking into a tropical paradise. The greenery and flowers were in full bloom and the yard was kept so beautifully. It truly was nothing short of spectacular. We loved the quaint neighborhood which was a great and safe area for our kids to walk around and look at all of the beautiful homes. Inside the house was so immaculate and clean. The attention to detail was superb. Each room was beautifully crafted with lovely furniture and artwork. It made you feel at home and cozy and also that you were in a luxurious setting at the same time. Debbie was nothing short of helpful. Our older girls staying at the Carriage House locked themselves out, and Debbie answered and helped immediately at 11:00 at night. We were so grateful for her and her immediate response. Everything was so easy and it fit our family of 11 so comfortably! I read some reviews about the alarms, but honestly, as moms, we were grateful to know if the kids were running outside. If they were younger, I would have especially been thankful that there were alarms with the pool. It definitely made us feel safer. And having a pool was a must for us! It gave all of us, especially our kids, a little downtime after a day at the beach. And also gave them something to do while the adults were preparing dinner when we stayed in. The house was nestled away, but was also an easy walk to the Hub at Seaside, a quick ride to the grocery store, restaurants and all of the sight seeing. There was a close beach access that is an easy walk as well. I would definitely recommend getting beach service though so there is no need to carry chairs and umbrellas! So worth it! This was our first trip to this part of Florida, but will not be our last. Everything about the house, beach and location exceeded our every expectation and we cannot recommend Campo di Bella or thank Debbie enough for this amazing family vacation.

Family vacation

Debbie’s house is beautiful … from the favorite porch swing to the pool area and outdoor grill with tv we couldn’t have asked for more. Seaside area was very busy but with golf cart it was pretty easy to get around and fun! Everything is pretty close. We had a great time. Debbie was always available if we had questions and she made sure we had everything. The house is very well equipped and is top notch!!

We absolutely LOVED this home! Beautifully decorated & very well stocked with all the kitchen accessories u could need. Plenty of extra towels & bedding. In a great location on a quiet street! Easy access to the beach! Debbie was a sweetheart & very quick to respond. Highly recommend this home & would DEFINITELY stay there again.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood

This home is so beautiful and welcoming. Debbie has obviously thought of the details that make the stay the best it can be. She is also very helpful if you need questions answered or anything addressed. Kitchen is well stocked, beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of seating for many. We had the maximum total of 14 - this included the carriage house. The carriage house is small but also nicely designed. A bit tight with 2 adults and 2 children (20 and 17). Recommend a gulf cart for easy and fun traveling in the neighborhood- up and down 30A. Traffic is heavy and parking spots a challenge. Beach accesses are frequent. They are steep with many stairs. Recommend claiming a spot by 8 am! There is a cut through at end of cul-de-sac (behind fence and through some brush) we learned of later in week that was really great for quick access to a beach access where the beach was wider and more gradual water entry. Grayton and Santa Rosa were my two favorite areas to visit. Each section has its unique qualities and they’re all beautiful to visit. Challenges: the fridge in main house broke before we’d arrived but Debbie had a loner delivered and placed on back patio. This wasn’t under her control but it was an inconvenience with that many people going in and out to retrieve food items - add to this every time you go out you must press the button to prevent alarm and only have 7 seconds to get in while trying to hold refrigerator items in your arms. Debbie has a lot of rules. Understandably so, her house is her “baby” she built. For some, this could feel overwhelming. We didn’t feel however that she was looking over our shoulders. Debbie was in the neighborhood during our stay and visited us. She’s very friendly and easy going and helpful. Our only “wish” for the house would be more towel hooks in bathrooms or bedrooms - enough for each person to hang bath and/or hand towels. The guest half bath in main house has no where to place a hand towel at all! Last, I am plant based (vegan) eater and it was especially difficult to find food at restaurants in the area - not very vegan friendly. The rest of my family is not and had no issues. In summary, CampodiBello is amazing and Debbie a super hostess. Area is beautiful but busy (we traveled June 25 - July 3) during peak season. Beaches and water wonderful but a bit challenging to access for some or with a lot of “things” to carry. Pool and hot tub are lovely. Would wholeheartedly recommend!

Amazing

This property was stunning. Every aspect of it was top notch. We had lots of room to cook, eat, sleep, play, and relax. Debbie was extremely helpful and responded to all my questions right away. The list of "rules" for the home made it so nice for us and for all those that will stay there in the future. I stay at many VRBOs and find that sometimes the photos do not accurately reflect beauty or size - this listing is absolutely "what you see is what you get." The pool is wonderful for all ages - babies to elderly. The Carriage House is a wonderful addition as well! Anytime our vacation takes us to 30A, this will be where we will stay!

Beauty in every detail

This lovely home was perfectly furnished and comfortable for our group of 9. We loved that it's situated on a quiet, private street but is just steps to 30A and the beach! Debbie, the home owner, is terrific. Her pride in her home is felt in every detail!!

Private Getaway

Great property with all the conveniences of home. Very clean and well decorated. Close to the beach yet away from the crowd. The only negative was some occasional construction noise from new home being built across the street. Aside from that we had an awesome stay and would highly recommend this property.

what a wonderful house! It was close to the beach and near the restaurants and stores. We had 13 people and enjoyed the beautiful patio and pool every night. We were thrilled to find the fresh herb garden at the house. Debbie was a wonderful host and her passion for her home is quite evident . 5 stars!

Beautiful home and perfect location

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. It had everything we needed, was beautiful, and ideally located in a quiet neighborhood yet close enough to beaches and Seaside for entertainment and dining. We had plenty of space yet still felt we were together as a family. We walked to the beach early in the morning for a stroll and again in the evening. We spent our days between the beach and pool. Debbie was great to work with. She was truly concerned that our stay was perfect and she always responded promptly. We hope to come back again!
