"What a such a wonderful week at La Grange de Chatelus! We were three families (six adults, eight children) and we stayed for a week during August. The house is stunning, huge rooms, comfortable beds, amazing ensuites to all the bedrooms, multiple washing machines, tumble dryers and even two dishwashers. "Deze omgebouwde schaapskooi is in originele stijl gebleven maar is erg mooi van binnen. De oude haard en sfeer is behouden maar erg mooi opgeknapt. De 2 zwembaden hebben we ook gebruikt, beide zijn erg mooi en schoon. Prima uitgeruste keuken, grote tafel waar we alle 10 aan konden zitten. Ook de netheid was dik in orde. Een nadeel van die originaliteit is, de lage deuren. Diverse leden van ons gezelschap stootten hun hoofd. De bovenverdieping bevat een aantal slaapkamers maar ook bedden die...

"Agréable séjour dans une demeure confortable, spacieuse et très bien équipée ( vaisselle et batterie de cuisine variées et de qualité). Abondance de consommables (café, thé, papier toilettes, produit lave vaisselle, bois, etc..) Petits points négatifs: Absence de WC au Rez-de-chaussée, éclairage insuffisant dans les petites salles de douche et au niveau des lampes de chevet des chambres."

"The good points - lovely pool, very peaceful, friendly neighbours and cats. The not so good points - bedrooms awful, could not stand upright, and access to open the windows difficult. No latching on bedroom door, had to be wedged shut. Little clothes wardrobe space. Not suitable for young children and older adults due to the 27 steps from ground floor to the bedrooms. Unpleasant fumes from the mower in the garage almost over-powering."

Grande pièce de vie, belles chambres, les 2 salles de bains sont bien pratiques quand on vient nombreux. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, je recommande fortement ce lieu si vous êtes de passage."

"Lovely old house with some charming foibles and eccentricities. Even developed a soft spot for the robot lawn mower. Great space, 4 bathrooms (2 ensuite), well equipped kitchen (always great to have basics there - salt, oil, herbs etc), great table tennis room, big garden to kick rugby ball. Outdoor bbq plate. Terrace and view lovely. Close to airport suited our family requirement. Lots of sunny and shady spots. Some TLC needed in house - first stair step and ants/bugs in top bedroom - not...

"Very quiet, clean and modern hotel located in central Limoges! You’re a ten minute walk from the Cathedral, Gare, tourism office, shopping and restaurants. Campanile offers a good breakfast for a small fee and great covered parking included. "

"Only disappointment was that the restaurant was closed and there is no option nearby. Had to drive ten mins (after a long journey) just to get snacks from a shop in Limoges. On the plus side, staff were excellent and breakfast good value (€9) and first class. "
