Country House “David” with Private Terrace and Garden

Located in Nantiat, Limousin, this 70 m² country house welcomes up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms: 2 with double beds and 1 with bunk beds, plus a bathroom and separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee maker, and you can enjoy meals in the dining area. Amenities include WiFi, a TV with over 100 channels (clear 4G+ reception), a fan in each room, washing machine, electric radiators throughout, and a wood stove in the living room. Both access and interior are on one level. Breakfast is included, featuring local herbs, homemade jams, and fruits and vegetables from the garden. Families will appreciate shared children’s toys, books, and a communal play area.



Outside, your private garden sits in a fenced half-hectare orchard of walnut and fruit trees—perfect for children to play safely. The uncovered terrace and barbecue invite you to dine outdoors, while a pétanque court beneath mature trees promises relaxing moments in peaceful surroundings.



Two parking spaces are available on site, along with a bicycle storage room. Airport and train station shuttles are available on request. Events are not permitted.



The house is surrounded by typical Limousin countryside—forests, meadows, streams, and livestock farms—ideal for hiking or cycling. Lake Saint-Pardoux is just 15 minutes away, offering water sports, horse riding, and cycling routes. Pets are not allowed in the house, but horses can graze in the meadows.
