This is our fourth visit to the de-lazy villa and we keep coming back because we love it so much. The location is perfect - a quiet area with so much wildlife to enjoy from the lanai and the panoramic view from inside the villa. The owners have ensured the villa is well equipped for your stay and it’s a great central location for shopping, beaches and restaurants. We hope to make it a 5th visit very soon. We simply wouldn’t go anywhere else now that we have found this gem

Excellent villa and super host who was very responsive and quickly resolved any issues we had. Had a really good time and would recommend this villa. Minor issues were that curtains in bedrooms were a little thin and let the early morning light in, also pool pump (or something close to it) kicked in at 4am for about an hour.

This home is in a perfect location, quiet and safe neighborhood. The cleanliness of the property was exceptional. The host responded to any question or concern of ours very quickly. The home is stocked with anything you could need during your stay. Watching wildlife out back was so fun. The pool was warm and also very clean. Close to stores and many very nice beaches. We had no troubles during our stay and would love to stay again in the future.

We were 100% satisfied with every aspect of our VRBO rental. The owner of the property was kind, helpful, and prompt in answering all inquires. The property is outstanding and had everything needed/wanted for a comfortable stay. We were more than impressed with the cleanliness of the home. The heated pool was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet. The location is close to several beautiful beaches.

This is our second time staying at this beautiful property, and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else now that we have found this gem. The property itself is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. It is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood, so it’s perfect for relaxing days spent by the pool. The view from the rear of the property, which can be enjoyed from inside the villa as well as outside on the lanai, is so lovely. Backed on to a canal, we saw an amazing array of wildlife including cranes, herons, egrets, turtles and alligators. The homeowner has worked hard to create everything you would want from a vacation home, and the property manager excels in how well they prepare the villa for your arrival. Cant say enough good things about this vacation home.

The Villa is to a very high standard. Everything you need is on hand. We had no issues at all during our stay. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout. Plenty of wildlife in the adjacent canal including a resident gator. We would have no hesitation in recommending this Villa for anyone's vacation.

We had a wonderful time in this great house. Very modern and very clean. You have everything you need for a great day at sea or a barbecue at home. Watching the alligator from the pool in the morning and evening was a highlight. We can absolutely recommend the house.

We loved Delazy Villa! It is a beautiful house by the canal with amazing wildlife to watch. It is super clean and very well maintained. Equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The pool temperature was just perfect for hot July days. The place is quiet and relaxing but still close to restaurants and white sand beaches. The owner is easy to communicate with and makes sure the guests have a nice and safe stay. We found the guest guide very helpful and informative. Our family had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay at this lovely villa. The house is an easy drive from many places, and the neighborhood was very quiet. The lanai and pool area are very spacious, and the canal provided us with turtles, birds, and alligators to watch. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Rotonda West!

The villa is stunning - bright, airy, nicely furnished and very comfortable, a real home from home. It is spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you need – and more! We spent most of our time outside, the kids loved the pool (especially the amount of pool toys available!), we ate almost every meal at the outside dining table and the view of the canal is lovely. It’s so peaceful and relaxing; we saw alligators daily, turtles, lots of birdlife and the sunrises down the canal are beautiful. Our favourite local activities are hunting for sharks teeth and watching the amazing sunsets on the pristine beaches (Stump Pass and Blind Pass in particular) so we made good use of the beach equipment and cool boxes provided. We have been coming to Rotonda for about 20 years but this was our first time at this villa, I wholeheartedly recommend it and will absolutely return if the opportunity arises. One week here was simply not enough!

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was extremely clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms had everything we needed including plenty of towels, blankets, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and we found everything easily - cooked 2 dinners during our stay. We enjoyed eating outside on the patio, listening to the birds and watching the fish, turtles, and gators in the waterway. The pool was lovely and very clean. The temperature was perfect for swimming in the morning and the hottest parts of the day. We enjoyed using the beach chairs and other accessories for our days at the beaches. The information on beaches, restaurants, and activities the host put together was very helpful. Overall, it was a very nice week with no issues at all with the lovely home.

This was our second stay in this lovely home. Very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The extra beach amenities (chairs, coolers, umbrellas) means we didn’t have to bring as much from home, which we greatly appreciated! We had a couple chilly days, but the heated pool was wonderful. De villa was top, helaas vonden wij de afstanden naar met name een restaurant of bar wel erg ver. Spijtig dat een van de buren een soort van tokkie familie was die tot in de nacht aan toe aan auto’s aan het klussen was en tientallen keren de auto’s, altijd minimaal 4 auto’s voor de deur, in het gras parkeerden. Een paar vaatwas en wasmachine tabletten meer i.p.v. de 2 die aanwezig waren zou ook fijn zijn geweest. Je kan deze in Florida uitsluitend in grote verpakkingen aanschaffen, die je in het vliegtuig niet mee terugneemt. Verder alles super fijn. Met vriendelijke groet, Ruud en Nanda
