Diferente pero mejor
después de recuperarme del shock de saber k no es un hotel tradicional osea en el mismo edificio que el lobby. Me explico son cuartos k renta un hotel y tienen atencion de recepción las 24 horas pero tal vez estes en el edificio contiguo bueno el punto es que de entrada no lo esperas pero te ofrece lo mismo que si estuvieras ahi. El cuarto es super espacioso y muy bien decorado. La ubicación inmejorable El desayuno muy bueno y la atención es buenísima. Volvería sin pensarlo dos veces

El mejor trato cuando llegamos , recomiendo este hotel , por su ubicacion mejor area insuperable con una vista impresionante , cerca de todo.silenciosa a la hora de descansar , un desayuno completo , en fin si regresara solo me quedaria en ese hotel nuevamente. Gracias a todos los que nos atendieron.

En el corazón de la zona comercial
Nos hospedamos en la Suite Condotti (maravillosa), en el edificio anexo. La atención fue excepcional, por parte de los empleados. La conexión Wifi nunca funcionó en la habitación. Una verdadera lástima. En cuanto a la televisión solo disponíamos de un canal "español" que era TeleSur (Venezuela). Salvo estos 2 percances el Hotel es fantástico Y repetiremos seguro.

Pictures on Expedia are not a true reflection of the property. It’s not a hotel as most USA customers are used to . But several buildings with no doormen security etc. key to get in first door . Key for elevator , . Old TVs, old bathrooms . Dark . Outdated AC. And a 2 desk cramped check in. Definitely not 4 star as advertised .

The building is fake!!!! It is very unsafe! There is no security. See my videos for how it looks from the outside if you book a studio room. There is garbage outside the entry door every single day. They show the inside of the real room but outside is an entirely different story. I’ve booked this place from expedia. Never been in rome before. So I don’t know the place well which is the case with many tourists. They bank on this fact to spam you. They recommend the studio apartment in the booking website for solo travellers. Be aware!! This is not in the building advertised. It is an entirely other building which is 10 mins away by walk. I don’t mind walking and they said they mentioned this in description somewhere which is like t&c. Once you enter, it is a nightmare. Dark passage ways, no elevator. Right outside my room was garbage and beside was a shady door that anyone can climb and get access to. See my video below and book only if you are ok staying here. I hope this Atleast paints a picture. On top of it on my second night at the hotel, someone banged the door at 1:30 am in the night. I panic called the reception and they covered it up saying it is elevator service people. This is after 15 mins from calling them. By the time they came from main building to this building, I could’ve died if someone broke in.

Miscommunication with our driver and porter resulted in porter yelling at our driver and rushing away with our bags, leaving us far behind. Our luxury suite had a sewage smell when we got in from dinner. Lack of soundproofing had us up all night with screaming baby next door. Nothing like my last stay at the property.

this hotel is perfectly situated and the staff were super helpful and friendly - we stayed in the annex, which was great as is just off the main roads and really wasn't any hassle to get to - the breakfast was great and served until 10.30, continental of course, but to be expected. the rooms were confortable , the kitchenette is really a fridge, a coffee machine and a kettle, but more than adequate - fantastically located, easy walking distance from Spagna Metro - we really enjoyed our time here

Neighbors were speaking at a normal tone, but the walls are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING they say. They came in at around midnight both nights and weren’t loud at all, they were speaking normally. However, it woke us up both nights because you can hear the slightest sniffle from them. I appreciate the location and the shower water pressure though, that was immaculate.

As pessoas da recepção são ótimas. O problema foi o quarto. A água passa pela porta do Box e inunda o banheiro. Antes de alugar deveriam consertar isso. Também tive que deixar 100 euros de depósito. E não dão recibo. Ou seja, não confiam em nós, mas temos que confiar neles.

We really enjoyed staying at The Inn at the Spanish Steps - it has a charming gentility and the staff are knowledgable and very helpful. The roof top bar and lounge is wonderful, especially if you've had a busy day in the hustle and bustle of Rome - it's the best way to wind down with a drink before setting out for dinner. Breakfast there the next morning is a real treat!

The pictures they show you on the website is misleading. I was expecting to get a hotel but ended up in an overpriced airbnb. I don’t recommend it, the night we were there we had a leaking toilet from the room above us and the issue stayed unresolved. All the staff did was place a towel on the floor of the leaking site and no other word was said about it. This shouldn’t be advertised as a hotel, it wasn’t what I was expecting. When I asked about it I was surprised to be told in a rude manner, you get what you get. So if he right and you want to be treated poorly stay here, unless you want an actual hotel at a good price, I recommend to stay anywhere else.

Great location. Easy walk to many main attractions. The hotel itself is a bit of a disappointment. We had a room on the fourth floor with a two night stay. The second day of our stay the elevator was not working. That by itself wasn't a big deal, but we also had issues with the TV and basic maintenance items like the toilet seat not being attached properly.

Helped us out by holding our luggage a day before we checked in, so we could do an overnight side-trip. Very helpful staff. Great balcony views! Convenient to a taxi stand, in the middle of many good shopping and eating venues.

More an flat rental than hotel but well located.
The “Hotel” is split between different houses, so most of the rooms are more flats that are rented. Location is very good, comfort is ok, breakfast is located on a quite small (and thus quickly crowded) terrasse of the main building and ok but not extraordinary considering the hotel category. Price is ok considering location, would be too high in any other location. Area logically very crowded with tourists (like us… ;-) Only one point was very annoying, at check in: you have to sign so many documents that apparently give them all rights to charge you, and they keep, without asking permission nor saying so (saw it by accident) a hard copy of your credit card with passport, including all numbers, expiry dates and CSC. A very unsafe, irritating and possibly illegal procedure… esp as they say they’ll destroy the document 24 H after check out but how can you verify? A hold on the credit card like all other hotels of the world do should be enough, esp. as rooms are prepaid! (Just checked in in another hotel of same category in Napoli and they did not even take a hold, nor ask me to sign anything…).

Wonderful stay! We booked three nights in a senior suite while in Rome. Staff was wonderful, attentive, and professional. The room was spacious and amazingly quiet for being located and overlooking a corner of a busy square that is part of the Spanish steps. Enjoyed being able to look out toward the Spanish steps yet enjoy privacy 4 floors up. Room was updated with a modern yet European feel. Location is great for walking to major sites - 20 minute walk to colosseum and 25 to Vatican City. Also easy to also get a taxi in the square. Would highly recommend and will stay again!
