Magnifica ubicación

Mi familia y yo hemos pasado 4 días de Semana Santa allí, y la verdad ha sido una experiencia magnífica. Lo mejor la ubicación del apartamento, y su terraza, las vistas son espectaculares, y la casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos. La decoración de la casa está cuidada y muy bien. Por destacar algo no tan bueno sería que el salón es pequeño para más de tres personas y no tiene mesa interior para comer o cenar.

Penthouse apt with incredible view of Colleseum. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful terrace wirh multiple seating areas. Nikki the manager was friendly and very helpful. The apt is on the 6th floor but elevator goes to 5th floor and there is 1 staircase to the apt. Just fyi. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was awesome.

Gorgeous views, amazingly huge terrace and proximity to the Colosseum made for a very memorable three-generations trip for our family. Candy and Nikki were great to deal with and couldn’t have been more helpful. We highly recommend this apartment!!

Check in was easy. The host’s representative was awesome! There’s a washing machine if you need to throw in a load of laundry - no dryer but they have a dying raxk. It was clean and spacious. The air conditioning worked well. This place is on the 5th floor. The elevator was broken one day but the host called and got it fixed immediately. But there is one flight of very narrow steep stairs for the last floor that there is no elevator for.

This was a wonderful VRBO. Check in was very easy. Nikki the house keeper met us and showed us everything. She even helped bring bags up. The place was spotless. It was very spacious for my family of 5. This was much better this a hotel. I did meet Candy and her husband as well. Both were very kind. Candy always responded very quickly the few times I messaged prior to the trip. The views from the large private the rooftop terrace were incredible!!! That is what puts this place over other options. After a long hot day touring around, it was so nice to come back, sit, relax and enjoy the views and listen to the live music below at the Colosseum. We were easily able to get around from this location. I would highly recommend this property.

The view was spectacular! The hosts were always available to answer any questions, checked in with us ahead of time to determine when we would arrive, and were very accommodating - letting us store our luggage in the apartment after our early arrival. I would definitely recommend renting from the Angeli Family and we’re hoping to return one day and stay here again. Grazie for making our stay so enjoyable!

The Views!!

This property has multimillion dollar views! The Colosseum is super close and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Nikki, the property manager, is great as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Amazing top floor condo overlooking the Colosseum

My family of 6 stayed here for 4 days, 3 nights prior to embarking on a Mediterranean Cruise. The Condo was very spacious and in an ideal location. The views from the roof top patio are hard to beat as we had a majestic view of the Colosseum and Roman Forum. St. Peter's Cathedral could also be seen in the distance. Niki, the condo caretaker, was very accessible and helpful during our stay. The only downside was this was on the top floor and did require a little navigation up some steps with the luggage, but well worth the effort. There is a lift that goes up to the level just under the condo. Within a few blocks there are numerous restaurants and a grocery store. We highly recommend this condo to families visiting Rome!

Amazing Apartment

This apartment was amazing from the views to the location! Very clean and updated and right by all restaurants. The view on the private terrace was unmatched!Great host and service! Would recommend to anyone going to rome!

A piece of paradise

The views from this apartment were magnificent! Niki, the housekeeper, was so pleasant as well as all correspondence with the owners. If I ever come back to Rome, I hope our family can stay here!

This apartment was in the most amazing location with fantastic view of the Colosseum. The property owners had great communication with regard to leading up to the stay and the check-in process. The apartment does have air conditioning. We absolutely loved staying here. If I had any comments, it’s just that I wasn’t aware we would share the rooftop terrace on occasion with the owners. When we checked in the housekeeper mentioned we could use the whole Terrace but said that the owners may show up. They did show up once but it was fine. It wouldn’t stop me from renting this place again but thought I should mention it in case it may be a consideration for someone else when deciding.

Perfect!

The apartment was spacious and well-appointed, and the terrace and views would have made us overlook issues even if there were any! The host was extremely responsive and Nikki, who helped with check-in and check-out could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Would recommend to anyone!

There simply is no beating this rooftop and location. The views are amazing & you can hear live music most nights. Gelato just 3 doors down the street and a grocery in walking distance. It is worth noting that the side of the roof that has the best views is shared with the owner (who happened to be away while we were there), one bedroom is open to the apartment and there are 2 flights of stairs after the elevator. We were surprised by these things. We did thoroughly enjoy the space and again, the location is very central. The a/c works great, beds were comfortable. We dealt with the house keeper who was so friendly. I would stay here again for sure. And there is a Michelangelo in a church around the corner!

Excellent location

We loved the location and view, which can't be beat. We quickly noticed there was an ant problem the first night of our stay. Fortunately, the property owners and housekeeper were really easy to communicate with; we appreciated their help in delivering ant traps. Less of an issue, although worth noting, was a strong sewer smell from both the showers.
