Kære Cristel, vi har kun 10 værelser, vi er et 3-stjernet hotel, det er virkelig umuligt at holde receptionen åben 24 timer i døgnet, men du burde have forstået alt dette ved booking, hoteller med reception åben 24 timer i døgnet der er Hilton åbenbart med meget forskellige priser , vi forstår ikke hvorfor du har booket på et hotel med reception med begrænset åbningstid, men hvor du nemt kan komme ind med en self check-in, og så skriver du at receptionen ikke er åben 24 timer om dagen, uforståeligt!
