Dear guest, thank you for your review. We always remind all our guests to approach our staff, available at any time to help you with any problem, issue or request you might encounter. Not approaching us at the moment, takes us away the opportunity of making your stay a great one and it just leaves both of us with the regret that it could have been better. Unfortunately, it is not on our choice on how to pay the city tax, but it is by law that you need to pay it cash. If you haven’t encountered any hotel where you can pay it with your credit card, they are unfortunately unlawful hotels. Dear guest, thank you for your review. We gladly see you had an enjoyable stay. We would just like to spend a word on the breakfast since you mentioned it. By contract, we should offer a continental breakfast which consist of a coffee and a cappuccino each guest. Yet, as you saw, what we offer is: Fresh coffee, tea and hot chocolate; 2 cakes, one of which of high patisserie, 2 pies with marmalade, one of apricots and one either of cherries either of plums. Our Yogurt is served in ten different tastes. We have 4 different kinds of cheese: spread cheese, cheese slides, dreamer and cheddar cheese; 4 different kinds of croissants: one whole wheat, one with apples, one with chocolate and one full pasty. Fresh seasonal and syrup fruit, mixed dry fruit is always available. For your milk or yogurt, we have 4 different kinds of cereals: one corn flakes, one chocolate corn flakes, one chocolate rise crisps, and fruit muesli coming from Südtirol. 2 different fruit juices: orange juice and a mixture of apples, carrot and orange Rusks are served both of white and whole wheat 7 different tastes of marmalade are always there to accompany your breakfast, together with honey and our beloved Nutella. We hope now we clarified it, it can be seen as our way of taking care of our guests. We hope to have you back soon.

Yet, we always remind and strongly advise you to approach us for any inconvenience that may arise: if you asked for a changing room, we would have proceeded immediately and you would have left glad for the service. Dear Guest, thank You for youir review. Thank You for having appreciated our location : as we are located in the historical center in a building of 1880, space is organized in the best way . In Italy we have several rules to respect about the size of the room and bathroom to be an hotel. For the Continental Buffet Breakfast is served every morning from 07.15 until 09.45 and we serve a large buffet , neverthless is a Continental with cheese, fruits, cereals and different breads. Of course any kind of breakfast is possible to improve, it depends what you are looking for. Thank You
