El bungalow donde permaneció es uno de la clase más barata, con mobiliario muy sencillo y comodidades que ofrece están diseñados para aquellos que quieran pasar poco tiempo en el campo para visitar las maravillas arqueológicas y artísticas de Roma: la limpieza (obligatorio) y el precio bajos son los principales motivos para elegir este tipo de alojamiento; como en la mayoría de los campings de Roma, no incluimos toallas en el precio, pero, a diferencia de las instalaciones similares, para todos los tipos de alojamiento que puede reservar a través de este portal le proporcionamos las ropas de cama. Elegir el sitio del campamento como un tipo de instalación turística también significa que no será posible encontrar incluido en el precio (bajo) los servicios que normalmente se incluyen en los hoteles. Dear Rosa M., what do you mean: "they show one thing and you rent another?" You booked an economy bungalow for three people, and we gave you for an economy bungalow. Pictures on web site refer to every kind of accomodation that we have in our camping: we do not lie at our guest and at the moment of check in we gave you all information about services and about the bungalow that you booked; also we are always at the guest disposal if they need an upgrade (with an extra charge, of course)

About the air conditioning we're still sorry but you've booked the cheapest bungalow we offer. About the refunds we couldn't give any because of your choice to do a NOT refundable reservation. Gentile cliente, ha scelto di prenotare un bungalow Economy dove, otre all'assenza di ogni comfort, il riscaldamento è centralizzato e si accende e si spegne ad orari ben precisi. Gli asciugamani, come riportato nelle informazioni sulle strutture, non sono compresi nel prezzo, ma sono disponibili a noleggio alla reception se non si hanno a disposizione i propri.

Teniamo a fare una sola precisazione, il nostro campeggio è ideale per entrambi i tipi di vacanza che ha descritto, sia per visitare la città poiché, con i mezzi pubblici, siamo a solo mezz'ora dal centro storico di Roma, sia per chi ama il campeggio ed il turismo all'aria aperta grazie all'ubicazione all'interno del parco di Veio.

Hello sir, thanks for been our guest. Wifi is working very well in the common areas but not in the bungalows (as written in all the web sites). We are really sorry about the cleanliness, if we were advertising immediately we could change you the bungalow or send our staff to check everything. Hello madame, thanks for been our guest. We appreciate that you enjoyed our campsite. In the bungalows there is air conditioning which can also be used as heating; pity you didn't ask us at the reception because we would have helped you immediately to change the setting. Dear Madame, we tried to meet your needs in every way, also taking you for free to the nearest supermarket, even if you had a reservation (only bed) for a bungalow not including meals - now we know it was not enough :( Our restaurant and bar will open together with our swimming pools on May 15th. We are very sorry for your disappointment, we really hope you could recommend Happy Village to nature lovers who wish to discover the wonders of the center of Rome, a few km far from here. We apologize for the inconvinient you had to come here...we have a free shuttle bus going from the campsite to prima Porta train station few times per day and there is also the public bus number 303 who leaves you 5 mins walk to here (not on sundays). Hello sir, sorry but the photos are exactly as the bungalows we have. It depends what the agency showed to you because we have 5 different type of bungalows (economy, comfort, with kitchen..). We are sorry about the mosquitos but it was raining a lot last week and there're still few ones in this period. Kind regards.
