All the information about the information for each feature of the rooms and also regarding the structure is well explained in our announcement and very detailed, we are surprised you had not read that the structure is located on the first floor of a prestigious building from the 1920s and consequently like the typical period houses does not have a lift.Anyway we’re very glad you had an enjoyable staying and appreciate to be at Barocchetto Romano.

Dear Alyssa, thank you for your preference. Regarding shower, hot water works via a boiler and is supplied on request, just open the tap. We don't have electric water heaters and therefore it can't end.... However, we are sorry for the inconvenience, it would have been more effective to report it at the time of the outage, thus you would have given us the opportunity to remedy it in your favor but above all to understand the potential cause and be more effective. Lieber Max,Es hätte ausgereicht, vor der Buchung die Beschreibung zu lesen und vorsichtiger zu sein.Unsere Struktur befindet sich nicht in einem Hotelkomplex für Massenurlaube, sondern ist ein exklusives Gästehaus mit nur 3 Zimmern, nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt, in einer prächtigen einstöckigen historischen Residenz in der Fußgängerzone des historischen Zentrums von Lido di Roma. Das Wesentliche des Geländes lässt sich jedoch bereits anhand der wenigen oben beschriebenen Zeilen verstehen, wie in unserer Ankündigung angegeben: Das Parken ist öffentlich, kostenlos und nicht buchbar, in der Regel außerhalb der Fußgängerzone verfügbar, deren Einfahrt auf jeden Fall weniger als 10 Meter entfernt ist weg ist von uns; Der Meerblick ist nicht luftig, da das Gebäude nur eine Etage über der Straße liegt, was in einer Stadt wie Rom einzigartig ist. Das Frühstück ist immer verfügbar, aber man kann durchaus sagen, dass es jedem Gast ab 8:30 Uhr morgens mit Ad-hoc-Gerichten serviert wird. To check in at the Barocchetto Romano it is necessary to provide an estimated time of arrival as it is clearly indicated at the time of booking. As with all the foreign guests we host every day and who obviously don't use an Italian telephone, we remain very flexible to update during the trip and be there to greet them when they arrive using text messages, phone calls, messanger, WhatsApp or all the other app to get easily in touch.

Dear Bruce, what is possible to see from our gorgeous terrace is visible as you said in our ad; we overlook the prestigious buildings of the pedestrian area city center and the sea. As probably we have bit experience on taxi services, especially for guests who have a flight back home we just prefer to be very careful and sure to whom we entrust our guest. Ostia Lido Taxi service is not always rialble as it was for you the two times you went in Ostia. Thanks to have been visiting us

Actually we exchanged many text and I was waiting for you at the time you requested. it seems to me you are absolutely no able to travel, I understand this can happen and as I always do in this case, I try to help you as much I could,I Made for you Twins bed even if it wasn’t previously required, I assisted half an hour arguing you and your partner, about choosing taxi or bus, and explain you every way to get to the airport many times,but you were only complaining and didn’t trust my recommendations. All those things and maybe less I made every day with smailing and thankful guests. Don’t know what I had to do more...

Dear Genevieve, Barocchetto Romano it's a Guest House of course we don't have a big entrance with a light sign like a hotel, of course there is a plaque showing our name on the front door. Actually you arrived at lunch time, so I don't understand your problem on find us, you have recieved as every guest a welcoming email with address and directions. We are in the historic centre pedestrian area, only five meters from the main street and your taxi was waiting for you right there, central station if anybody wants to walk is 600 meters far. We are happy you enjoyed even your short stay. Thanks for your review Perla and Rik
