"The house was clean. The backyard had a 6 foot wooden fence that was perfect for the dog. It was what we needed. We live local and needed a place while our bathroom was remodeled. Mowry State Park was so close, we were able to paddleboard down there. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. "This is a very small property indoors. The bathroom is a bit cramped with the washer & dryer in there, however, a combo washer dryer has been installed in the kitchen. There are only enough dishes for 4 people, but otherwise it has most everything you need for cooking. There were other guests staying next door and we made quick friends with them. The large backyard space is shared. We enjoyed a lovely BBQ with family in the back area. Beautiful view."

It was so quiet and private, the sleeping arrangements were more than enough for my family of four adults, there was good cell reception (if you've been to CDA, you know this is not a given), Ava was so helpful with any questions we had, and the dock and beach for our boat was fantastic. "My wife and I stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The cabin was exactly as described. It has the charm of an older cabin but is fixed up really nice. Had a nice kitchen with electric range and full size refrigerator/freezer, dual coffee maker, air fryer and toaster. Bed was comfortable and had a small bathroom with a nice size shower. There is a nice deck with a great view of the lake. I would definitely stay there again and hope that we can. "
