The apartment was very cozy and clean. Plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels provided. TV’s in both bedrooms was a nice bonus as I like to watch TV at night. Was easy to find and checking in was easy. Only issue was apartment was a little colder than I liked but the extra blankets helped.

Very chilly in the basement unit. great area, wonderful food just 5 minutes away. comfortable place. cooking is not ideal.

Not a bad place to stay. It has 2 good sized bedrooms with decent beds. The hidabeds were OK. Over all it was fine. The unit could be really nice if cleaned better, minor repairs done and a few items in the kitchen didn't work well. The furniture was OK. Could be nice with better chairs and a little more TLC. I don't think we will stay there again. Mostly because it was farther from our gathering than planned and my GPS had a hard time getting us there. Not the owners fault at all.

The property is on the bottom floor of a house, so there is no thermostat. As a result, the temperature is controlled by the main house, which left us freezing the entire time we were there. Communication with the host was not a speedy process, taking at least a few hours to get a response to any inquiry. Despite these things, we had a pleasant stay and the property was clean.

This is the second time we've stayed at this location, and it has been a consistently comfortable, easy to find place at a great value. The host is very communicative and welcoming.

This apartment was easy to find and immaculately clean. Furnishings were quite dated, but adequate. Decor was strangely eclectic with cityscape posters (NYC, London, Paris, etc) and one monster movie poster combined with African elephant figurines and an American Southwest dish garden! The kitchen left a lot to be desired, but would be sufficient in a pinch. Only a 2 burner hot plate was provided for cooking, a mishmash of small dinner plates and limited glassware. The apartment was quiet and owner lived above. He proved to be a friendly sort and his apartment served us well with delivery pizza to share with a nearby relative. Yard area was not very well kept and difficult with pets, but I would stay here again since locations that are pet friendly are hard to find. On street parking seemed safe and the short walk to the side entrance was easy, but not totally smooth terrain.

Quite, Clean, full Kitchen Essentials.

We were 5 adults . We used 2 bedrooms & 2.convertible couches in the Living Room .We cooked breakfast using 2-HotPlates - 1-sausage, 1- Eggs. Good sized Refrigerator. The Stay was comfortable, the price was right, the Owner was very nice. It is a good place to stay for events & points of interest.

Wonderful value

Wonderful value. Good clean quiet neighborhood. The apartment is large, clean and comfortable. It was easy to check in and out. Very nice.

We found this apartment perfectly fine for the two nights we stayed there. The location was almost walking distance from our relative we were there to visit. We were grateful to find a dog-friendly place to stay in Spokane. Thanks for that. The steps down to get to the door were a little awkward, tho, especially for an older person (like me!).

Great place to stay while visiting friends and family. It was clean, simple, and comfortable with all needs met. The WiFi works well, the bed is big and comfortable (assuming both, I can only speak for the one I used), and it’s reasonably priced. The neighborhood was also nice for walking around my dog. It is an apartment on the bottom floor so you will hear others existing around you, but it was truly nothing out of the ordinary if you’ve stayed or lived in apartments or have spent much time in a city. The hosts were friendly and offer a nice place to stay! Definitely would stay again next time I’m in the area.

Basement Reno in Process

Host was on-site and very hospitable. The rental had just been renovated and a couple items still had to be done. Great for a short stay. Kitchenette for warming items. Great neighborhood.

Basement apartment in Spokane

OK, for the most part. Location was very convenient. Bed linens smelled musty. And the people upstairs stomped around every morning at about 5:30, which was very frustrating.

Water pressure

Good location, clean , but could not get into the information about rules , where to leave the key. Water pressure in the shower needs to be addressed, but i would stay here again.

Nice place to stay

Everything was great. Only improvement id recommend, is a newer hot plate for cooking. It was old and was difficult to get a pan hot.

In town for a concert

The space was great for our family of 4 +2 dogs. Easy check-in/check-out and the host was very easy to reach when needed. Would love to see an outdoor space and it looks like that project is planned/in progress. If our travels bring us back to Spokane we will look for this property again. Would be great to have a guest book—we found some fun dog-friendly places to visit nearby and would have liked to share with future guests.

Concert time!

The apartment was great very clean very organized. Great place to take my dogs as well. If I were to say one thing that could improve, it would be the steps going down to the apartment we’re OK but not great if you had your hands full there’s no rain And it will need to be repaired because it looks like this site is in however it’s still a five star. It was a great place to stay and the people upstairs were awesome. They even gave us some jackfruit that they had extra! I’d stay here again.

Perfect for a short trip!

We can for a weekend wedding. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids! Highly recommend! Not ADA though. You have to walk down some awkward stairs to get to the door. The kids thought it was so fun!
