It’s in a great location with plenty of dining options nearby and good transport links. I had the ‘garden room’ on the top floor which overlooks the roof terrace and a ball games court, so didn’t have any road noise. "Once you get used to not being a host and you have worked out the codes for all the doors it works ok. I understand the location but really could do with its own parking, luckily the road outside was under roadworks so I parked at the front."
