"My wife and I enjoyed our stay here! The room is basic but equipped with all the essentials (private entrance, private bathroom, kitchen sink, and fridge). It’s perfect for use as a home base while spending your days out and about. It is very close to a bus stop, about a 4 min walk, which gives easy connection to the rest of the city. The family is very quiet and we were not disturbed at all during our stay. "

"We loved the house. Plenty of room inside for 10 of us and a wonderful play space on the grounds for little kids. Also, there is a wonderful public playground 5-10 minutes by foot from the house. It’s an easy walk to local shopping and the town center in Musselburgh. By car, we were 25 minutes from Edinburgh city center and the Royal Mile. Two buses that are a 5-10 walk from the house take 20 minutes to get to Edinburgh city center."

"The property was clean and pretty much as advertised. Note there are not four queen size beds but 2. The cutlery could do with being changed too as it is cheap and not fit for purpose."

Very clean and well kept property. 10 min walk to train to the city and 13 min train ride. Shops close by. Very happy with stay. A few more towels would have been nice but we made do, so no complaints."

"The property was as everything described on the website. Two full bathrooms and a half bath on the ground floor gave all of us space. Steve the host made everything run smoothly, answered our initial questions promptly and checked in with us to make sure all was going well with our stay. He gave us information on how to get around the area. We had a car rental so it was an easy five minute drive to Gyle shopping centre where you can ride the tram straight into Edinburgh. So easy and no hassle...
