"Arrived at 5pm to find out that food wasn't being served, despite booking a table and receiving no prior warning. Hotel/pub was also cold and empty. When we tried to check in, we were shown to a room which hadn't been cleaned or made up since the previous guests had vacated and was freezing cold. The poor young woman who was dealing with the booking (the only member of staff in the entire hotel/pub) seemed mortified that the room hadn't been prepared and she said she would sort it out.
