"The property is brilliantly situated for access to the town of Pwllheli. We paid for parking at Asda and there is a walkway that pops out directly opposite the property making it easy to get to your car. The lounge and dining area were a great size for us and all of the equipment that you could possibly need was supplied in the kitchen. Bedrooms were light, bright and spacious. Would definatley stay again."

"Cosy cottage - perfect for two and a dog. The cottage sits on its own, and has a secure gated driveway, but the added convenience of being just off the main road into Criccieth and Pwllheli, and with a mile walk to the beach. Well equipped in the main, though take your own loo rolls! Booked through Hotels.com but actually through Sykes Cottages, who offered great service on the phone. Although it would have been nice to have sufficient logs for our stay on arrival, when we requested more, there...

"Our mother was born and raised in Pwllheli and for her 80th birthday the family, 9 of us, wanted to bring her back so she could visit her old haunts and rekindle old friendships. We found this wonderful property that surpassed all our expectations. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, well equipped, even a jacuzzi. We had a delightful stay only enhanced by the wonderful hosts at No12. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to plan a holiday for a large group."

"Excellent location, within walking distance of both beach and town. Beautifully landscaped property. Clean, but room for improvement. Cobwebs everywhere. Lots of plates and glasses, but only 7 mugs, most of which were either badly chipped or cracked. Bbq was filthy, apparently hadn’t been cleaned in a long while. A manual explaining how to use the Aga stove would have been helpful. And our inability to control the heat temp locally (it was controlled remotely by the property manager) led to us...
