"Wasnt clear how to check in, but rung in the morning and was advised to call to pub for room card. The room was very clean, and well presented. Can see they are looked after. Nice walk in shower with 2 separate heads. Plenty of storage for clothes etc. Bed was very comfortable and made for a great night sleep. The food served at the Pen Y Cae was amazing and all the staff we encountered throughout our stay were helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much bother for them. "

"The highlight of our stays, Isallt, was our home away from home. Clean, plenty of supplies - bedding, pillows, toilet paper, and the nice touch of milk, coffee and cookies upon our arrival. A fully stocked kitchen of China, cutlery, pots, etc. staying here may it easy to visit Conwy knowing we had a “home” come to at the end of the day where we can put our feet up, with a great warm shower or bath and privacy we are accustomed to when living at home.
