"Lovely large bungalow and annexe, great space for a multi generational family break. Would benefit from some TLC along with new beds, bedding and sofas. If you have a large car beware of the narrow access to the property. "

"We had a fantastic stay at the house. BBQ's, long walks, castle visits, curled up in front of the log fire. Our hosts couldnt have been nicer or more hospitable. Close to everything, supermarkets close by, lovely warm home. What else could you need."

"This is a lovely hotel that has been converted from opd miner's cottages into modern rooms. The rooms are comfortable and clean although a little on the small side if you have a lot of luggage. It is conveniently located just a short walk from the town and the bus stop outside is handy for the sherpa bus. Unfortunately the lake view is now almost obscured by trees across the road. Amy was very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay and is always available. I would definitely recommend this...

"Had a lovely 3 day stay in mid-June. Cabin is positioned in a quiet corner of the site, right next to a stream. Perfect location close to Snowdon, ZipWorld and Caernarfon town. Thank You Pearce Family."

"A well converted cottage with the advantage of a modern kitchen, a shower, a downstairs toilet and comfortable double bed. The house manager Jacky, who lives next door, is a real mine of local knowledge and extremely helpful."

"What an amazing place this is!! Not only is the setting beautiful, the rooms are spotless and spacious but most of all the staff are just fabulous!! We travelled as a family to stay whilst my 11 yr old son completed the National 3 peaks and they were judt amazing with him! They made a fuss and were so wonderfully welcoming!!
