"Greenacres is much more spacious than the pictures show. Loads of space for 4 and the gardens are big too. Very comfortable and well equipped, didn’t get that “empty” feeling that some holiday lets have. Also it was such a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the pie and pub quiz night at the very friendly aqua bar just down the way. Also the art gallery and cafe a few mins walk away is wonderful. Very quiet and peaceful. Look out for bunnies in the garden! Would love to stay again"

"Wonderful location with lovely walks & views around it. Beach only 10 minutes from the property which our pups loved as their first time. Garden was great for the four dogs we had with us, fully enclosed. Hot tub & sauna were a great hit with everyone. Weather was brilliant all week, we all really enjoyed our stay."

"Good value but the whole house could do with a thorough deep clean and a review of condition of fixing and fixtures plus updating. It would also be good to ensure there are suitable kitchen pans and tools as would be expected for a house that houses 10 occupants. As well as a deep clean, it would be nice that someone ensured all cutlery and plates were in a clean state prior to being occupied as we had to wash everything before use. Despite this we had an excellent short stay."

"We enjoyed our stay at Rose Cottage. There were some initial issues which were resolved by the owner very promptly. The information from Oyster Cottages describes a Superking size bed in the main room, It is a very comfy bed in a lovely room but it is only a Kingsized. The two singles in the 2nd bedroom downstairs can be converted to a Superking size though. My score of 3 on cleanliness is due to this being an old property and there were inevitable cobwebs in nooks and crannies but we found...

"Had a lovely romantic getaway. Swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym all literally 10 metres away from the room. Also a great little games room with pool, air hockey, video games, table tennis and much more all free of charge, again opposite the room. Lots of friendly farm animals that you can visit as often as you wish, the hosts are great and nothing is too much trouble for them. We’ll definitely be returning."

"It’s a well equipped apartment in a good area. The floor was not clean, and the property is in need of some maintenance. The mattresses are very springy and uncomfortable. The upstairs toilet doesn’t flush very well and leaves a bad drainage smell after use. The road noise spoils the view from the balcony and the close proximity to the train station, which serves stabling trains, early morning and late evening with engines running should be mentioned."

"Compact but certainly adequate property for 2 adults and 2 children aged 10 and 12. Excellent location for walking to the beach and for traveling the peninsula. Couple of minor downsides - the garden was close but not necessarily convenient, and could do with instructions for the hob but we eventually managed but not mastered it 🤔"
