This house was exceptionally accurate to the listing. The photos do not do it justice! We stayed for 9 days with 6 adults and an infant. Three spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, huge living room and 2 well appointed patios gave us the perfect amount of space to hang out together yet enough privacy to feel like we weren’t on top of each other. The neighborhood was quiet and comfortable. We felt like we blended in with the locals. The pool was a huge hit with everyone. It was large, well heated and clean. We are looking forward to a repeat trip!

We had a great stay here on Capri Isles! The home was beautiful - it was decorated beautifully, was clean and comfortable. The house had everything needed for kitchen use and bathroom supplies. We had 5 adults, 3 kids and everyone felt comfortable and well accommodated for. It was so easy to get settled into. We had a few hiccups while on property - AC, dishwasher, but Rob was very responsive to fixing the issues!

Excellent house and host!

The property layout was just perfect for our group of 6 (three couples). Both outdoor and indoor space exceeded all of our expectations. We have done a lot of VRBOs over the years and this was the most well-stocked place we have been to. Everything you could think of to make your stay convenient was there. We even used the grill! Rob was very helpful with a handful of questions that I had in the days leading up to our visit. We all agreed we would absolutely stay here again if ever in the area.

Above and beyon

Great communication with the owner started off the amazing house experience. I was impressed over and over by the cleanliness, well maintained property, essentially stocked house and extra conveniences the house provided.

Amazing

We have been coming to this area of Florida for several years now and we agree as a family that this was the best year yet. The house is perfect and beautifully decorated. Would highly recommend to anyone. Our kids loved the pool and fishing in the afternoon.

First time to Punta Gorda

Perfect house!

This house was perfect for our family! We had our older kids (22,19,17) with us for spring break and it fit our needs perfectly! The outdoor set up is awesome! We grilled by the pool and ate outside under the covered patio. Then watched the sun set by the dock. The house was very clean and updated. Nice, quiet location. We will stay here again!

Spring Training Trip

Punta Gorda Getaway was a perfect respite for some long days at the ballparks. The house was very clean and equipped to the max. There was even toothbrushes and paste if you forget yours. The pool was nice and sitting on the dock beside the canal was very relaxing.

Perfection

This place has everything you could need for an awesome vacation. Since the temperature was in the 60s during our stay, we were soooo happy to have a heated pool. It made it so that we could still get outside. Communication with the owner was excellent!

Exceptional stay✨ Smooth checkin-in. Tastefully decorated, 5-star touches with extra snacks, hotel robes, you name it! Owner communication was top notch. Bonus…great fishing 🎣 right off of the bran new concrete platform. Beautiful sunsets 🌅 right out your back door. Minutes from everything…pickleball courts just down the road.

Everything you could need plus more

The property was the nicest rental we have ever stayed in!! They thought of everything you could need plus more. Whoever cleans and prepares the property does an amazing job. The house was spacious and well laid out. The garage is stocked with two bikes, cornhole, 4 beach mats, beach umbrellas, two coolers, a high chair and a pack n play. If we return we would defiantly rent this property again.

The Perfect Getaway

This Punta Gorda gem is the nicest vacation rental that we've ever stayed at. The furnishings and decor are perfect. Nothing was overlooked in this home. Communication with management was excellent, and access was easy. We look forward to coming back soon.

Best VRBO Ever

This was the BEST VRBO we have ever stayed in. Everything was absolutely perfect. We loved enjoying the canal behind the property on the kayaks or fishing off the dock. The pool was a great way for the kids to start and end the day. The thoughtfulness of the items kept in the home really made us feel welcome, from laundry soap pods to bandaids, anything we could possibly need was at our fingertips.

Wonderful Home!

Our family had a great time at this property for the week. We thoroughly enjoyed the location, pool, and the BBQ area. It was very clean, very well decorated and furnished and comfortable to stay in. Great place to relax!

Beautiful home on the canal

This home is a beautiful newly remodeled home on the canal. We enjoyed all of the amenities this place had to offer, and loved how close it was to restaurants. The kids enjoyed playing in the pool, and hanging out around the fire pit area. Very relaxing, and inviting. Would definitely rent this place again, and the homeowners were always easy, and available to get ahold of.

Wonderful property- every detail for a relaxing time.

It is a beautiful home in a nice location. Every detail has been attended to. Every room was comfortable and easy to use. We use VRBO a lot and this property is superior.
