On the plus side, the house itself was very nice, with a great location, very walkable and safe. Plenty of towels and seating, comfortable beds and living area furniture (indoor & outdoor). Great water pressure for showering! We had to contact management upon arrival about a patio door not locking and they responded and took care of it very quickly. As for the negatives, the cleanliness could use some work. Dishes had to be washed before we used them (dishwasher was very loud), the windows were filthy, and the coffeemaker leaked. There were no measuring spoons, bath mats, kitchen dish cloths, or pool thermometer. No lawn service was completed during our 2 month stay. The sprinklers were not running so the lawn was dried out. Also worth mentioning is that garbage trucks run 3 days of the week in the area. (Garbage/recycling on Tuesday, garbage again on Friday, and lawn waste on Saturday). We have an anxious dog and hearing the trucks starting at 5:30 am made for a rough start to the day. I understand this is not something that is controlled by the homeowner or management, but other renters might appreciate the heads up.
