Upon arriving at the property, we found workers hammering, painting, and frequently opening doors due to ongoing renovations. At one point, a worker nearly entered our unit, mistaking it for another townhome. Unfortunately, the units were in terrible condition, with hair on the bedding, stains on the couch, bugs on the floor, toenail clippings, threadbare sheets, and inadequate linens for our family.Additionally, heavy machinery was on the beach dredging the sand, completely roping off access to the beachfront as advertised. During check-in, we struggled to find a key for one townhome, only to learn from the owner that it had been rented out for over a month. He offered us another unit that was also under renovation, featuring a five-foot diameter hole in the ceiling. I declined this option, and the property manager, who was very apologetic, proposed a different location 35 miles away, which we turned down since we wanted to stay in the area. Consequently, we had to search for alternative accommodations.
