"Location was wonderful. Beautiful cottage. Be prepared - no tv, no cell service (Verizon). Nice to have games available to play for kids and adults. Driveway needs work. Our truck was fine. Would be an issue for a sedan."

"We enjoyed our stay. Love the decks! My complaint is that the rungs of the railing that line the loft, which overlooks the family room, are not up to code. They are spaced too far apart. We have twin two year old grandchildren and everytime they ventured up the stairs we had to stand by the railing so they wouldn't go by it, because they could have potentially fallen through them to the family room below. I wanted to warn other future renters, with small children, of this danger."

"Such nice host and a great stay. Thank you for accommodating our early arrival. Wish we stayed there for few more days. Faced some issue while parking the car uphill which was a little dangerous for my experience. If there could be an alternate parking downhill I would have preferred to park and walk. "

"We had a great time staying in a nice (and very clean) home, with good separation for the two families involved, and great amenities (hot tub, dog run, etc). We enjoyed the views of the forest from the multiple decks, bbq-ing, and relaxing after hitting some AMAZING golf courses in the area!"

"Came here for three days. Spent zero time reviewing emails. Feels like a million miles away from civilization, even though everything you could need is literally five minutes away. Very good restaurants are in the adjacent shopping center. Drive up the hill to see incredible scenery. Beautiful trees. Highly recommended for anyone wanting an escape from work. Host is very responsive."

"My family and I stayed at this pinecrest retreat during our snow trip. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The stairs were interesting to navigate with a 2 year old toddler and two older grandparents, but it was doable. Heating consists of wall units and a fireplace. It was walking distance to Leland snowplay. No wifi was refreshing as it allowed us to unplug and spend quality time together. There were plenty of movies available for us to watch. The renters were very responsive and even helped...
