Our group of 8 just had an amazing week at Villa Vista. We could not have asked for a better home to stay in. DM and Natesha were there for us whenever we needed and tended to be the ones reaching out to us to see if we needed anything. We took advantage of DM's recommendations and had a stocked fridge when we arrived, enjoyed a magical night in with Chef Maxime and his lobster vibes menu, and her local insight on restaurants and beaches did not disappoint! Some of our best days were lounging by (and in) the pool, napping in the tiki hut, and enjoying the views from sunrise to sunset. Would rate Villa Vista, DM and her team an 11/10!

The entire rental process was welcoming and simple. Our host DM communicated well, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was well stocked and a great setup. The views were magnificent, if I could I'd post pictures of the sunrises over St Barts and the nighttime views as well. The only drawback, is that there is really within walking distance, but most of the island can be reached by car in 20 -25 minutes. We found a great pastry shop 10 minutes away, as well as a wonderful Pizza restaurant even closer. The host provided a wonderful list of all sorts of activities. Our family had a terrific holiday stay !

Views were epic! Felt like we were living in a post card! LOL The villa and our time in St Martin was more than we hoped for! DMP helped with arrangements and her recommendations were exactly what we were wanting! If your looking for a beautiful villa with killer views this is it!

Villa Vista is a seamless vacation experience, from the host communication, and trip planning assistance, to the immaculate condition of the property, we were delighted! The pictures do not do it justice! The views from every room are breathtaking, wish we never had to leave. Highly reccommend!

Family Vacation

Wonderful Family Getaway

June 14-21, 2025. We visited with our adult children and their significant others and had a blast. The home is beautiful and the views are amazing. Hanging in the tiki hut was everyone’s favorite thing to do out on the patio. The breezes off the water were wonderful and we loved just being by the pool and enjoying our time. Donnamarie prepared a fantastic guide to everything St. Martin. Per her suggestions, we visited the bird sanctuary, Anse Marcel beach on the French side, went ziplining, spent a day with Captain Jo out on the water and also hired private chefs for two of our dinners. What a thoughtful thing for a host to do! Daryl the house manager was very responsive to our needs. He met us at the airport, gave us a great tour of the villa and was always available. And the cleaning crew came twice during our stay and kept the place clean and neat. The private beach was not convenient to get to, nor could you really swim there. This didn’t matter because there are so many other beaches to explore. To me, just overlooking the water and sometimes seeing the adorable monkeys was everything. I highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed.

Happiness in Saint Maartin’s

We had a wonderful experience at the home. First day we had yoga class and massages. Last day we brought in a steel drum entertainer along with the chef who cooked a fabulous meal for our group. A few issues with the plumbing, but the house manager came in and took care of it for us. Cleaners did a good job in our bedrooms with towels and fixing the bedding. But overall thought they could’ve done a better job with the rest of the house. Overall, our experience was extremely pleasant.

The view…..WOW!!!!!

Overall this was a beautiful place to enjoy our family vacation. The size was great for 7 adults, occupying all 4 bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed having housekeeping every couple of days. Daryl, the house manager was very responsive when contacted and was helpful with dinner reservations and recommendations. We did have a consistent sugar ant problem in the kitchen that was a bit annoying, but we placed most of our food in the fridge to avoid issues. I really wish the fountains in the front of the house and inside the front door worked as I love the sound of water. If you’re looking for a house within walking distance from the beach, this is not it. It may be possible to walk DOWN, but the walk UP would have been brutal!The views were magnificent and allowed us lovely mornings with tea/coffee and lovely nights with good wine! Thank you for allowing us to make family memories.** Note - we hired a chef for a night and a steel drum player. It was the BEST night EVER **

Beautiful ocean views

We traveled with another family and both had a wonderful time. The outdoor space and views of the ocean were amazing! Donnamarie and Daryl were helpful from day one. The roads were steep, but our small car did just fine. We even saw two monkey's as we drove up the driveway one afternoon. The pool was great and the door from the kitchen was our kids favorite. We had a peaceful week as we traveled to different beaches and enjoyed the pool each morning and evening! Highly recommend staying here!!

Villa Vista

Our stay at Villa Vista was a very comfortable and relaxing stay, clean house, and very well appointed. Donnamarie is such a gracious host. Daryl is the property manager and was very helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Absolutely Perfect!

We just left after 7 wonderful days at Villa Vista and I would go back in a heartbeat! The house is beautiful!! It is perched on a hill with amazing views of St. Barths! It is conveniently located- no more than 20-30 minutes to anywhere you want to go on the island- but secluded as well! Donnamarie has thought of everything for her guests, right down to the comfy robes! Just go ahead and book it already!!

gorgeous house

This house was perfect for us as we took our 3 adult children with their significant others. Each room has an ensuite and the property was very nicely kept. The only reason for the 4 star rating on location has to do with the steep driveway with a rental car that had issues going up it if it rained. The view is spectacular!

Birthday celebration

The Villa was great with amazing views. Comfortable bedding was a hit. The Villa is away from all the hustle and bustle of the cities on the island but very accessible to all beaches and things to do. Donnamarie was an amazing host right from the beginning of our communication of the property. She set up dinners and tours for us and had a very extensive list of the best of the best for anything you wanted to do. Her property manager Daryl met us at the car rental and escorted us right to the villa with a stop at the grocery for a few provisions. He was always around for any questions we had and any issues that needed attention. A vehicle is a must to get around the island with nothing any farther than a 25-30 ride. The whole family had a very enjoyable time while at the villa whether it was quiet time with a book on the veranda or a dip in the pool! Thank you Donnamarie for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Beautiful!!! Sunrises, breezes, palm trees, and an occasional monkey!! Cannot say enough! House is perfect! Open door between kitchen and pool is amazing!! Balconies galore! Everyone had their own space, but also an amazing common area. Pool and outdoor dining … just an awesome house.

The perfect place for our group

We were 4 couples visiting from various eastern US States. The host was so helpful and there was a person close by to welcome us at the airport and help us settle in. The home was immaculate and the beds were the best! There was as ample parking for the two cars we rented. What a beautiful view from this secluded location. We all agreed it was fabulous place to stay.

Wonderful Villa - Highly Recommended

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint! The villa was beautiful and private with spectacular views. Everything you need to be comfortable is included. Daryl and Wilfredo were fantastic guides when we arrived taking us to the grocery store and showed us the route to the villa. We had a wonderful note from Donnamaria and champagne waiting for us in celebration of our marriage. All the recommendations including excursions, restaurants, and even our onsite massage were wonderful. It’s all in the details and this property nailed it. We felt VIP every day with subtle check-ins to make sure we had everything we needed. My only recommendation is get an suv or wrangler for driving the hills of the island but our mustang did just fine as well! 5/5

Incredible Property, Incredible Owner

We've stayed in many upper end homes over the years on various islands. It is a tradition of ours to meet w fam and friends on STJ, STX, and SXM a couple of times a year. With this experience in mind, we've never met an owner with so much attention to detail and personal follow-up as Donna Marie. The amount of truly helpful information prior to travel is amazing, only to be matched with personalized greeting at airport/car rental by staff. All this goes to eliminate any stress that is typically experinced when visiting a new area. Her non-intrusive text each morning with offers to help arriange outings, etc proved to be so valuable. The property....wow. Everything one would hope from a fine home in the Caribbean. Each bedroom offering amazing views, a wonderful living area, and an expansive patio. The home is elevated high enough on the hillside to have amazing views of the coastline, yet close enough to hear the incredible sounds of the surf. Getting there - only a 20 min (or less) drive from the car rental, so arriving prior to sunset on the first day is a safe bet, even with a stop by large supermarket on the way. The roads are typically steep, but well constructed - we had no issues w our 2WD van. I should add the home is fully air-conditioned, something that is difficult to find at times, and well secured with powered, metal shutters that can be closed at night to create an incredible safe environment for anyone that gets the jitters. Magnificent property!
