There were a few things that I might have included in the rental like shampoo, conditioner, and soap in a dispenser in the bathrooms. The house was very accommodating, space wise. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, listening to the water lap up on the shore. It was just steps across Fort Pickens Road to the beach

Fantastic location

Our 10 person group enjoyed our stay at this property, located perfectly to have views from the windows out the back to the Bay and out the front to the Ocean! Everything was clean, good beds and linens provided, and a 2 minute walk to a pristine public beach. No beach gear is provided so you have to bring your own. Easy check in and good communication too. We would stay here again.

Perfect condo for a large family

This tri-level property is definitely ideal for a large family. Our teenagers had their own level of the house, although a door to separate their noise from the middle floor would be ideal. There are lots of stairs so pack a baby gate if your bringing littles. The house is in a perfect location, close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping. We had beautiful views from the 2 upper levels and a patio out back to let the littles play. Definitely will book again, this condo was perfectly suited for us all.

Great condo

It fulfilled all our needs, although another full bath would be wonderful with 10! The boat dock for our boat and wave runner was the selling point! We brought our paddle boards and kayak so the Sabine was perfect for our water activities! Easy access to the beach a real plus! All and all - A+.

Great place

We’ve stayed twice and both times were great. Close to beach , sound and restaurants. Nice layout too. Bbq grill and new deck was nice. Only issue was the master toilet took 30 minutes to fill up

Wonderful time

Our extended family stay was wonderful. We had 3 families with children from 6-17 and grandparents. The stairs were a little rough going up and down so many times but the view from the 2nd floor was definitely worth it. The walk to the beach was very short. We throughly enjoyed the bay in the back. Only suggestion would be to update mattresses in both room upstairs. The master was great but the smaller rooms could use a new mattress. Thanks for the stay we loved it.

Loved the location! Close beach access, food access and shopping! Great space for our group of 8 inside the home! My only issue was that the neighbors parked directly in front of our garage so when we wanted to back out they made it more difficult and the rules state extra vehicles were to park on Ft Pickens RD, they didn’t seem to have any concern that they were actually taking our extra parking space.

Great location and accommodations

The property is located across the street from the beach and backs up to an inlet so there are beautiful views from the front or back of the property. The beach across the street has public access but it was not a very busy section of the beach, which we liked. We had our family and some extra friends and our group of 12 (ten of them are in college) fit just fine in this house. We also liked that there were several delicious restaurants nearby.

Everything was good except we put the trash cans out Thursday, they were not emptied. The west window on 2nd floor leaks a little. One of the heat plates on top of the stove only works on full high. Great stay. Great location

Will book again

Our vacation was great. The neighbors told us the dog relief area was out front in the shrubs next to the road. They also said area along curb belonged to the opposite unit though there was no sign saying so.

Beautiful Home!

Lovely location

The perfect location. You can walk out the front door and cross the crosswalk to the beach, or wade and relax in the bay right out the back door. There's plenty of room for big families and management responded immediately when we had a coffee pot issue. Had a great time!! Can't wait to go back!!
