Perfect Family Trip!

This rental was exactly what our family wanted and needed in regards to location and convenience. Perfectly tucked away in a quiet neighborhood yet still so close within walking distance to many attractions including the beautiful beach. We had the best time making memories in Pensacola, FL. It is beautiful there! Thank you for being available, highly recommend this VRBO!

Convenient location without the hotel hype

This property is located in an older multi-unit structure that could use some exterior upkeep. But, don’t be fooled by the exterior. The owner of this unit has the interior in fantastic shape. There’s plenty of space, thoughtful amenities and the location is perfect. There is easy pool and private bay side access. We look forward to staying here again.

Mini VaCa - Great Place to Stay

Great place to stay! Spacious, clean, and looks newly renovated. Directly across from the beach and pier. Owners are very interactive, responsive, and very nice. Quiet, nice neighbors. Can’t say enough great things about this place. Will definitely stay again if available.

Labor day weekend stay

We had a great stay at this condo! The location has everything you need within minutes. Including the beach right across the street. We had a toddler with us so to be able to walk to shops and restaurants was a huge plus! The condo itself was SO clean and everything was just as it is pictured. We had a smooth stay from check in to check out. Would love to stay again!

The condo was amazing I loved that everything was in walking distance and that if I chose not to walk I could just hop on the trolley.The only thing I didn’t like was the toll booth you had to pass through to get back to the condo.

First of all, owners are US Americans & Doug is a Veteran! Photos of the property are very precise. From the balcony facing the parking lot, the bay is just to the right & the beach is just to the left (across the street but has plenty of parking) which is walking distance. Several restaurants & shopping also within walking distance. The balcony off the living room & master BR face the pool. The unit was freshly cleaned upon arrival, floors still wet. Doug not only greeted/welcomed us but also helped with our luggage 2 flights up! The ice maker was empty & not working, but he immediately went to the store & bought us a bag! Very responsive in person & via texts. Checked on us during our stay. My daughter & I enjoyed our stay. Thanks so much!

Great location!

As a local with out of town family visiting, this was the perfect spot to be in walking distance to all the great spots on the beach. The condo was spacious for all 6 of us and the view was great! The hosts were very friendly and great communicators who made sure to check on us during our stay.

What a find!

We had a wonderful stay! The owners were communicative and organized. The place could not be in a better location. We loved being in the heart of everything yet being tucked into the Deep Water Cove property where we could relax and unwind. You have very few neighbors and everyone is happily doing their own thing most of the time. The pool was nice, with a patio and yard around it if you wanted to grill or play a game. We walked across to the beach many times and appreciated the hosts’ stock of beach towels, chairs, toys, umbrella, etc! The whole condo is thoughtfully stocked and we had more household items than expected. Good assortment of kitchen gadgets and plenty of dishes, pans, pots, and utensils. A few seasonings, coffee filters, etc. Lots of seating for dining. The couches are very comfortable. Washer and dryer were great to have! The master bedroom is sunny and bright so get ready to rise with the sun! I brought a sleep mask which helped some. Sheets, blankets, and pillows were good in both bedrooms. Bathrooms were nice, and the whole place was clean. Throughout the house there were some minor maintenance things here and there that I communicated to the owner. The only one of concern is that the sliding door to the balcony in the living room could not close. It would be less of a security issue and more of a safety issue for children, etc. The police department is nearby by we only heard sirens once on Memorial Day weekend. Thank you, Doug and Barb!

Great location

Great location Close to beach, shopping and restaurants! On the opportunity side this property needs to be updated on the exterior. Old railings, paint peeling and nails sticking out of the front and rear deck. This was advertised with a pool but the pool was disgusting and found out the pump was out. Inside was nice enough and very roomy. There was some mold on the shower curtains. Overall the property was good due to location but not sure I would stay there again. The price included pool and it wasn’t available so disappointed.

Don't be scared of the outside....it's BEAUTIFUL once you get to know this place. The inside of the property is amazing! Very comfortable and accommodating (even to a 2 year old!). The location is perfect! We walked to the beach, the bay, and still played in the pool daily! The owners are awesome! Checked in with us to make sure we were having a perfect vacation!

Location, Location, Location!

It rained a bunch on our week in town, but the location of this property was perfect. It allowed us to go to the beach quickly and make it back quickly when the rain rolled in. Because it was so close and convenient, we were able to get in a couple hours here and there in between the rains which was so important to us and our littler kids. The host was prompt to respond and even ran us over an extra blanket when he found out that the one for the couch bed wasn’t big enough. The sliding doors probably need to be replaced, or at least the locks on them, but we never felt unsafe. It helped that we were on the third floor and across from the police station. :). It was a great stay and we would definitely come again!

Doug, the property manager was awesome to work with. He assisted us on submitting paperwork. He responded to any questions we had & it went very smoothly. We walked to all the restaurants & shops. I We would definitely stay there again.

Location, location

Great location far enough away from the mayhem to be quiet, but close enough to walk everywhere. The outside of the building is a bit worn, but the unit was updated and clean. Owners very responsive to inquiries. Be back next year!
