El hotel muy bonito, muy bien ubicado; limpio y el personal muy amable. Nunca me tomaron nada de mi habitación aunque era poco descuidada. Lo único es que el desayuno los 5 días que estuve siempre fue igual no variaron ni un poquito.

Él hotel estuvo perfecto por la ubicación a unas cuadras de la torre Eifel no tiene incluido el desayuno decía nuestro cuarto tenía vista al jardín pero así no fue tenía vista horrible.

Hotel hermoso pero nos robaron en la habitacion!
El hotel realmente es precioso, al igual que las habitaciones, los servicios y el desayuno. Pero lamentablemente me robaron de la habitacion nro 110, una cartera de alta gama que me compre en mi estadia. Estamos a 15 dias de lo sucedido y todavia ni se comunicaron conmigo ya que quedaron en ver las camaras de seguridad etc. El robo fue la noche anterior a irnos y me di cuenta cuando estaba haciendo las valijas para partir al otro dia a Londres. Directamente me sacaron la cartera de la bolsa de compras, ni la habia estrenado. Una situacion muy fea que nunca nos habia pasado en ningun hotel. Te pone mal en las vacaciones. El hotel me pedia que haga la denuncia policial cuando eran las 22 hs y mi tren salia a las 9 am del otro dia. Yo estando con dos niños pequeños no podia ir a hacer una denuncia a esa hora , dejar los niños y no manejo ademas el idioma. Todo un horror vivimos y el hotel no nos dio ninguna respuesta a nada. Literamente me robaron una cartera de 1.000 Euros. Esto no puede pasar en un hotel de esta categoria y peor no dar una respuesta. Nunca mas se comunicaron conmigo. Una verguenza!!

Falta de respeito com hóspedes
Aparentemente tudo certo, porem fomos alvo de uma especie de vingança pessoal do funcionario da recepcao na noite de sabado, o rapaz colocou o quarto em "wake up call" as 5 da manhã, sem ter sido solicitado. Isso pois reclamei que tinham perdido os dados de cartao de credito e estava me demandando o cartao novamente apos a meia noite, no segundo dia de reserva, sendo que ja fora colocado 300 euros de débito, e nem tinha nada no frigobar. Esse tipo de comportamento nao é esperado em um hotel de redes como marriott, e eu pessoalmente me frustrei muito pois era uma viagem romântica, e fomos acordados de maneira pouco usual/cortês No outro dia falei com o gerente, que fez pouco caso da situação...

Hotel was in very walkable area near popular tourist attractions. Rooms were clean and decent size. Services in hotel were good with exception that some basic essentials (eg, soap) had to be requested when near empty.

Very well appointed hotel with lovely staff
We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is well situated so near the Place Victor Hugo and - most of all - all staff were true champions. They all did their level best to make us feel most welcome and they surely succeeded.

Thought it was a nice place, it was a bit pricey for its location and the room. They did forget to get us a car we requested so we grabbed an Uber, but that did not spoil our day. Staff was very nice and everything was clean.

Noisy room next to the garden. Thermostat didn’t work (constantly cold). No water in the room - you had to use a water fountain on another floor. No minibar. Poor value for money.

This property was conveniently located near Tracadero circle, near the Eiffel tower, yet very quiet - but just a six minute walk away from everything you want. Dining, metro, shopping, everything - super convenient. The garden room was lovely and I highly recommend. The staff were fantastic - lovely people who were helpful, kind, and professional. I very much enjoyed my stay here and I highly recommend. Once they finish the construction in the garden area it will be even better!

Lots to say but overall staff & location great!
Reception, concierge, bar / security and b/fast staff were very accommodating and kind. Housekeeping were attentive and daily room service was great. It was nice to come back to fresh towels and a crisp bed. However it was a shame that that during the booking they didn’t mention that the patio/garden were under construction. We picked a garden view and unfortunately the workmen were noisy in the morning, as our room was on ground level facing the garden. Also opposite our hotel room the entry into the room there was a back room office where you could hear staff and phone ringing from 7am which was noisy. The Easter break was meant to be getting up late and leisurely, so being woken up by noises from both side wasn’t ideal. Also 24/7 room service didn’t exist as when we wanted a couple of glasses of wine at 1am the bar was closed.. so not sure if there was a bar closure time? But they could improve profit for those that wanted a couple after getting back late from the day. I know I’ve mentioned some fundamental areas but if this hotel wasn’t under construction or we were in a different room (yes we could have suggested to move after day 1, but we had already unpacked) then this hotel would have been fantastic and ideal ! The location was brilliant - quiet and local cafes and transportation was easy to get to! Overall I would definitely recommend & return but to pick a quieter room!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They all were very willing to answer any questions we had about restaurants and any other questions we had about Paris. We loved that our room faced the garden and so it was so quiet. Perfect sleeping conditions. Can't wait to come back in the spring or summer to enjoy the garden at it's best.

Highly recommanded
Just one word: Perfect. Okay, maybe the room wasnt 36 m2, but it was roomy, clean, stylish and well maintained. Friendly staff, both breakfast and dinner were excellent (everything exactly a point), great service, ambiance, etc. Will be my 1st choice when returning to Paris!

The hotel is lovely and beautifully located in a quiet, elegant neighborhood walkable to great shops, restaurants, cafes. The bed and linens terrific, very comfortable. Room size nice, bathroom, closet space. It is very nice but not exceptional. Breakfast was great and brought to the room during quarantine. Staff exceptional. My big problem is paying for a 4-5 star hotel and then charged for wifi!!! That is absurd. Also I do not understand these hotel supplying only 1 bottle of water. That kind of stinginess at the price charged is inexplicable.

um quarto bom , porém poderia ser melhor, ou ser oferecido um melhor!! hotel vazio, e ainda o café da manha nao estava incluso!!
