The property was dirty upon arrival. The porch was not cleaned at all. There was sand all over the patio, all the chairs were pushed up against the railing. The table was dirty filled with something sticky. In the kitchen, the counter tops were dirty and full of crumbs, the cabinet knobs had sticky stuff all over them. Like jelly... The sofa cushions were wet and turned up on the sofa, like they were drying. Unfortunately when I called the front office to ask if the unit was finished being cleaned, she suggested it was but didn't have any cleaning assistance until Monday. That was unfortunate, since this was just a few minutes after we checked in, Friday afternoon. I asked if I could use the vacuum to clean the and off the porch. I didn't want to use it without permission, especially since there was so much sand. We cleaned the porch, the living room, and kitchen.
In addition the WIFI tower was broke, the outside fan on the patio was broke and hanging off the ceiling (dangerous), and the oven door was broke. The first shower taken in the back bathroom was clogged and black stuff came up in the tub. We called and shared these requests and problems with management BUT only the tub was fixed.
Overall the property was a nice place but with all the items listed above, it was overwhelming trying to clean before even unpacking. I am not sure if these cleaning services were rendered by 30 A or by the owner, but I would definitely consider researching another cleaning service. It was a huge turn off to us, even with the property and location being so nice.
