Great place to stay. Had everything we needed and then some. Loved the huge third floor porch/patio area. Convenient to everything, but far enough away that it was still quiet. Did appear that some of the blinds were in need of repair or replacement as they were difficult to operate, but overall was a good experience.

Fabulous Family Fun

When your family first walks in the door and squeals with delight after seeing each room, you know you hit the jackpot just as Pinkie promises in her ad. The house is comfortable and well appointed with all creature comforts - sand toys, beach chairs, float for the pool, bar ware, all kinds of kitchen gadgets, appliances, platters and more. WiFi, TV’s in all bedrooms plus. Nicely decorated and well maintained (do recommend the mattresses be flipped). The neighborhood is beautiful. A short walk to all amenities including the little village at the entrance which has some eating options and shoppes. Very convenient and friendly trolly service to and from the beach. I had concerns about the beach given the new access laws that went into effect - not an issue I am happy to report. The pool club is great. I think it managed the crowd pretty well. The staff there is attentive and courteous even when needing to tend folks about the well posted rules. Some say they are strick, including my own kids, I didn’t think so. There have been changes to the check in process since the VRBO property description was posted. It is necessary for guests to go to the office (located by the pool) to register and to get parking passes and wristbands. Not a big deal at all.

Everything you need and more

I have never been to a rental that is so stocked with everything you need! Birthday candles, scissors, tons of pots and pans, parchment paper! things you don’t even have at home! A million towels, I had probably 8 pillows in the closet that weren’t even used, tons of blankets and sheets. It was great!

Tons of space for our two families over the holiday break. Upstairs terrace with TV was the perfect spot to ring in the new year. Will certainly consider for future trips.

Great Thanksgiving at the beach!

We booked this house as a last minute thanksgiving get away that was dog friendly and this house fit the bill and checked all the boxes. It was the location we were looking for, had plenty of room for our family, was well equipped, and allowed us to bring our dog along for our vacation. Overall, it worked out really well for our purposes and we enjoyed a nice thanksgiving holiday at the beach.

Great stay

This property is very well maintained and in a great location. The home had plenty of space to entertain and have our own space. We never felt on top of each other even with 11 of us in the home. You can walk to the beach which is about a 12 minute walk but they also have tram access which is very convenient. We did have a slow leak into kitchen area. Nothing that ruined our trip but we did have to come back from the pool to attend to the guys fixing it. Overall it was a great stay and the home had everything we needed!

Overcrowded beaches and walkways

Loved the house! Tram dispatchers were horribly rude, drivers were great but not enough of them. Beaches and public areas way overcrowded. Wish we could move the house to a calmer location.
