The unit has subpar chairs in the living room. The deck furniture is cheap and one of chairs nearly collapsed while sitting in it. The beds are ok but the quality of the is overstated in the unit description.

Perfect location and very comfortable

Perfect location right at the shops at Seacrest. The beach is a very short 6 min walk and it’s a private beach so don’t forget your bracelets that you’ll find in the condo! The condo is clean and comfortable. We found it exactly like it was pictured in the VRBO listing. We didn’t use the beach equipment that was there but we did see a couple of chairs and umbrellas in the second bedroom that has the queen bed in it. I can’t vouch for how well these worked or in what condition they were in since we didn’t use them. Just a couple of notes, and not necessarily negatives: 1. The master bed is very firm. 2. The check in time is strictly 4 PM. We arrived at 3 PM and I called to see if I could check in just an hour early and they would not allow it. Pretty frustrating since I had driven from another state and had picked up some food at the store so just be aware that they are not flexible about checkin time - my check-in code came four minutes before 4 o’clock! 3. The WiFi was slow, making streaming difficult. Overall we would stay here again for sure.

Great location!

The Wellington is in a great location at Peddlers Pavilion plenty of activity, live music, great snack shop, and shops. Short walk down the beach or catch the tram and you’ll be there in a zip. Our family also loves that it’s so close to Rosemary Beach and all the activity over there.

Great stay!

The property was great! Super comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen, a few amenities to support you until you grocery shop (coffee, laundry/dish detergent, soaps, etc.). The bathrooms come with blow dryers and plenty of bath towels, and previous tenants left behind some beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. The property manager was super communicative and location is premier. Highly recommend!

Wonderful trip

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. It had just enough space. Well decorated. Comfortable beds. The A/C worked well. Not too far from the elevator. This is our second time to the area. The restaurants downstairs from the condo were soo good! We love rosemary beach shopping area too! There is a tram to take you to the beach. I just wish it started running earlier. I usually love to see sunrise at the beach but didn’t have the opportunity to do so this time. Couple things about the property- it’s summer so bugs are naturally an issue. We saw more roaches than we cared to see on vacation. We hope the property takes more definitive measures to get rid of them. (More than the roach motels.) Also, the room with the bunk beds is in the front of the condo right next to the door. The window treatments are relatively sheer. We have a toddler and had a video monitor but the set up did not make us feel 100% comfortable. We did love that so many helpful beach items came in the closet! We will be back but in a condo with different set up for our family.

Everything was great except the air stayed on 78 the whole time. We did report it on the day before we left and the last night was cool. Part of this was our fault for not reporting sooner. We just thought it was because it was so hot outside.

Wellington 309

It was a nice property and a great location. There were several things that needed to be repaired before we arrived that could have made our stay 5 stars. The dryer was broken. The fan in the master bedroom made a horribly loud noise. There were no pots and pans to cook with. Many of the electrical outlets were not receiving power and our phones would be dead in the morning. The cover on the trundle bed was terribly dirty and stained. Otherwise it was a nice property.

A “relaxing” stay with a faulty smoke alarm

Several times every day during our stay one of the smoke alarms would emit a very loud high pitched noise. We reported this to the property manager the first day and several other times. The property management sent out one person who said he “didn’t know how to fix the problem”. This loud sound awakened us on our last night from 12:30 am - 1:30 am. All I can say to anyone who considers renting this place is beware. If the issue we experienced arises or another problem, don’t expect the property management to fix it.

We loved the condo, great location to everything. 2 opportunities inside: the owners suite door would not stay shut or locked and the fan was rather loud. Otherwise, great place to stay and we would definitely book it again!

Overall it was great a few items that need updating s

Overall the place was clean, roomy and close to all attractions like the beach and RoseMary shopping area. Rooms were big enough for 7 people but the living area fits 3 maybe 4 comfortably. Could use more seating area. The washer and dryer took forever to use. Wireless is good for one person outside of that it works 50% of the time and cell signal up and down in the area. Few furniture pieces need to be tighten as the dining table shakes. All in all would stay here again. 👍

NYE weekend trip

Unit was clean and met our needs. The location was great and we were able to walk everywhere we went. My only suggestion would be to replace the chairs in the den with more comfortable chairs.

Convenient property

My overall experience was good at this property. The condo is conveniently located to shops, restaurants, attractions, and beaches. The communication with the property manager was excellent. The cleanliness of the property is my only complaint. When we arrived there was still dirt on the rugs. There was a strong smell coming from the garbage disposal. The kitchen appliances had fingerprints and food on them. There were handprints on the sliding glass door. We also couldn’t leave anything out on the kitchen counter because there was an infestation of ants coming from the dishwasher.
