The dock area is great if you have small children as it has a railing and is shaded.The rear exterior area is nicely designed and has a shaded area for sitting. Although the area around is crowded we found the home to be quiet and private.This home needs maintenance before it is rented. The downstairs bedroom window has what appears to be significant amounts of mold where the window has broken and a repair attempt made. This should be a health issue. We were quite concerned when this was discovered.Two of the bathroom shower doors fall off of the track when moved. This is especially hazardous for small children. There are four bedrooms as listed but be aware that one bedroom has a significant ceiling pitch making it impossible to stand so this should be considered when booking. It does have a single story with the pool area but there are quite a few places such as a sunken living area that should be considered if renting for someone with limited mobility. Overall, a nice place but definitely needs maintenance before being on the rental market.
